Important\u0103 la acest curs nu inten\u021bionez s\u0103 fie doar cantitatea de informa\u021bii \u0219i nici doar &#8222;nout\u0103\u021bile bomb\u0103&#8221;, ci dezv\u0103luirea \u0219i corelarea principiilor de baz\u0103 \u0219i a mecanismelor de adaptare la stres. Doar de aici apare natural dezvoltarea logic\u0103 a direc\u021biilor \u0219i metodelor de eliminare sau control al stresului. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"> <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"333\" class=\"wp-image-88\" style=\"width: 500px;\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/compass-1.jpeg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/compass-1.jpeg 720w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/compass-1-300x200.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Cursul se constituie ca o baz\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 cu care apoi orice idee, experien\u021b\u0103, informa\u021bie, fie de pe Internet, fie din c\u0103r\u021bi sau de la alte cursuri, poate fi \u00een\u021beleas\u0103, validat\u0103 \u0219i integrat\u0103 in via\u021ba de zi cu zi. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Din ce am studiat si c\u0103utat pe net, am costatat c\u0103 datorit\u0103 orient\u0103rii pe creare de &#8222;con\u021binut&#8221;, SEO \u0219i alte criterii de performan\u021b\u0103 specifice Internetului, informa\u021biile valoroase sunt din ce in ce mai simplificate, trunchiate \u0219i amestecate, iar de multe ori chiar se bat cap in cap. De aceea, \u00een cadrul cursului, am ales s\u0103 le prezint \u00eentr-o manier\u0103 inginereasc\u0103, at\u00e2t logic\u0103 c\u00eet \u0219i practic\u0103, dar \u0219i cu exemple inspiratoare, at\u00e2t din propria experien\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i a altora, cu exemple video \u0219i cu analogii potrivite, care s\u0103 fac\u0103 informa\u021bia rece c\u00e2t mai u\u0219or de asimilat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Cursul con\u021bine deja <strong>3 module<\/strong>, fiecare de aproximativ <strong>3 ore<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00cen modulul 1<\/strong> vorbim despre <strong>Mecanismele \u0219i efectele stresului<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>Metode de gestionare a stresului &#8211; partea 1<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00cen modulul 2<\/strong> vom continua cu aprofundarea <strong>Metodelor de gestionare a stresului &#8211; partea 2 si 3<\/strong>. Practic, vom putea \u0219i <strong>m\u0103sura (folosind senzori \u0219i programe pe calculator) nivelul stresului \u0219i eficien\u021ba metodelor prezentate la modulul 1<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00cen modulul 3<\/strong> vom descoperi \u00eempreun\u0103 \u0219i fiecare \u00een el \u00eensu\u0219i <strong>R\u0103d\u0103cinile psihologice ale stresului<\/strong> (<strong>\u0219i cum ne putem cre\u0219te cu to\u021bii puterea de a le dezr\u0103d\u0103cina<\/strong>). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigur c\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de necesit\u0103\u021bi,. <strong>modulele pot fi scurtate \u0219i adaptate<\/strong>. Din practica de p\u00e2n\u0103 acum, a rezultat c\u0103 cel mai bine este ca \u00eentre module s\u0103 fie 2-3 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni pentru aprofundare, dar am realizat \u0219i <strong>cursuri sintez\u0103 din primele 2 module, in 3-4 ore<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deocamdat\u0103 cursurile se pot organiza doar<strong> <\/strong>live (loca\u021bia va fi aleas\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de participan\u021bi &#8211; de preferat \u00een Bucure\u0219ti sau \u00eemprejurimi), deoarece platformele online sunt costisitoare \u0219i oricum eficien\u021ba prezent\u0103rilor online scade foarte mult. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 ce \u00eel voi definitiva \u0219i organiza mai bine, poate voi g\u0103si o posibilitate de a-l face disponibil si online &#8211; live sau
