De atunci, cercet\u0103torii au descris \u0219i catalogat o impresionant\u0103 multitudine de asemenea erori cognitive incon\u0219tiente care ne afecteaz\u0103 percep\u021biile \u0219i luarea deciziilor \u00eentr-o gam\u0103 larg\u0103 de domenii, inclusiv comportamentul social, cogni\u021bia, economia comportamental\u0103, educa\u021bie, management, s\u0103n\u0103tate, afaceri \u0219i finan\u021be &#8211; practic \u00een toate domeniile vie\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In limbaj uzual, putem \u00een\u021belege c\u0103 este vorba despre ni\u0219te <strong>nevoi ale psihicului uman, care reflect\u0103 exact stadiul de dezvoltare, maturizare \u0219i \u00een\u021belepciune al fiec\u0103ruia dintre noi.<\/strong> Aceste erori ale g\u00e2ndirii, apar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, atunci c\u00e2nd proces\u0103m \u0219i interpret\u0103m informa\u021bii \u201dpe pilot automat\u201d. Acestea ne afecteaz\u0103, mai frecvent dec\u00e2t credem sau ne dorim, judecata, alegerile, deciziile, \u00eempiedic\u00e2ndu-ne astfel at\u00e2t succesul, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea, dezvoltarea, cre\u0219terea, maturizarea care ar fi normal s\u0103 apar\u0103 cu fiecare situa\u021bie din Via\u021b\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori se activeaz\u0103 chiar mai multe erori cognitive simultan, deform\u00e2nd radical percep\u021bia Realit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i duc\u00e2nd la concluzii si decizii care ne afecteaz\u0103 apoi \u00eentreaga via\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Analogic privind, <strong>acestea sunt un fel de zone lunecoase, uneori chiar un fel de \u0219an\u021buri ale g\u00e2ndirii,<\/strong> care ne apar primele, \u00een situa\u021bii aparent similare cu cele cunoscute. \u0218i care <strong>ne condi\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 nu vedem alt\u0103 versiune a Realit\u0103\u021bii dec\u00e2t cea \u00een care deja am alunecat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creierul uman este puternic, dar supus anumitor mecanisme automate. <strong>Mai ales \u00een situa\u021bii de stres, creierul caut\u0103 s\u0103 eficientizeze, s\u0103 simplifice \u0219i s\u0103 accelereze luarea deciziilor \u0219i s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i elibereze capacit\u0103\u021bile<\/strong> pentru prelucrarea de informa\u021bii noi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un sens mai general, ace\u0219ti vectori psihici puternici, care preiau \u0219i aliniaz\u0103 de fiecare dat\u0103 noile percep\u021bii cu ceea ce numim \u201dpunctul nostru de vedere\u201d, pot fi considera\u021bi \u201dad literam\u201d &#8211;<strong> pre-judec\u0103\u021bi<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-judec\u0103\u021bile sunt rezultatul \u00eencerc\u0103rii creierului nostru de a simplifica \u0219i de a automatiza procesarea informa\u021biilor, mai ales pe baza \u201dsurselor\u201d care deja s-au dovedit de \u00eencredere (\u00een copil\u0103rie, \u00een familie, \u00een situa\u021bii sociale).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mai sunt aceste pre-judec\u0103\u021bi &#8211; AICI \u0219i ACUM &#8211; cele mai bune puncte de vedere, perspective \u0219i decizii?<\/strong> <strong>Se potrivesc ele cu conjuncturile actuale &#8211; exterioare, dar mai ales interioare &#8211; ale fiin\u021bei umane complexe care suntem?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Erorile logice \u0219i pre-judec\u0103\u021bile cognitive<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Confund\u0103m uneori pre-judec\u0103\u021bile cognitive cu <a href=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/index.php\/2023\/06\/18\/erorile-cognitive\/\">erorile de logic\u0103<\/a>, dar cele dou\u0103 nu sunt la fel. <strong>O eroare de logic\u0103 provine dintr-o eroare de argumentare sau ra\u021bionament<\/strong>, de\u0219i informa\u021biile ini\u021biale au fost corecte, \u00een timp ce <strong>o prejudecat\u0103 cognitiv\u0103 este \u00eenr\u0103d\u0103cinat\u0103 \u00een chiar fondul g\u00e2ndirii care apare, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, chiar \u00eenainte de argumentare<\/strong>. Prejudec\u0103\u021bile afecteaz\u0103 procesele g\u00e2ndirii chiar din prima clip\u0103, deoarece \u201dfiltreaz\u0103\u201d \u0219i denatureaz\u0103 chiar datele de intrare, informa\u021bia ini\u021bial\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-judec\u0103\u021bile provin din deficien\u021be de aten\u021bie, memorie, atribuire \u0219i alte erori ale proceselor psihice, fiind de cele mai multe ori activate din subcon\u0219tient. Uneori acestea sunt prezentate ca \u201dzonele oarbe\u201d ale con\u0219tiin\u021bei <em>(blind spots &#8211; lb. en.)<\/em> care, odat\u0103 aduse la lumin\u0103, elibereaz\u0103 resurse neb\u0103nuite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Putem s\u0103 ne imagin\u0103m ce rezult\u0103 c\u0103nd reu\u0219im s\u0103 ne argument\u0103m cu erori logice o pre-judecat\u0103 nepotrivit\u0103 situa\u021biei actuale? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fel de construc\u021bie din beton pe care scrie \u201dPE AICI NU SE TRECE!\u201d sau un fel de tanc blindat care este preg\u0103tit s\u0103 distrug\u0103 orice opinii contrare. Depinde dac\u0103 suntem \u00een st\u0103ri de stres de tip \u201dlupt\u0103\u201d sau de tip \u201dfugi\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De multe ori \u00eens\u0103, asemenea gre\u0219eli sunt posibile, evidente pentru ceilal\u021bi, dar invizibile pentru noi \u00een\u0219ine \u0219i ne consum\u0103 o mare energie ca s\u0103 rezist\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 le su\u021binem. Iar efectele asupra calit\u0103\u021bii Vie\u021bii vor fi dezastruoase &#8211; mai devreme sau mai t\u00e2rziu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469-1024x1024.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1030\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469-1024x1024.png 1024w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/image_2023-09-23_102330469.png 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201ePrimul principiu este c\u0103 nu trebuie s\u0103 te \u00een\u0219eli pe tine \u00eensu\u021bi \u2013 \u0219i e\u0219ti cel mai u\u0219or om de p\u0103c\u0103lit.\u201d &#8211; Richard Feynman<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum recunoa\u0219tem pre-judec\u0103\u021bile?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen orice situa\u021bie, mai ales \u00een cele importante sau chiar critice, ar fi de dorit s\u0103 ne verific\u0103m nivelul, intensitatea pre-judec\u0103\u021bilor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Semnalul de alarm\u0103<\/strong> pentru verificarea \u0219i recunoa\u0219terea pre-judec\u0103\u021bilor este <strong>opinia, p\u0103rerea, convingerea c\u0103&#8230; \u201ddeja \u0219tim cum stau lucrurile\u201d. <\/strong>Dup\u0103 care, dac\u0103 mai este cazul, ne g\u0103sim argumente care s\u0103 ne sus\u021bin\u0103 punctul de vedere &#8211; cel mai des bazate pe ce spun exper\u021bii, studiile, \u0219tirile \u0219i \u201dtoat\u0103 lumea \u0219tie\u201d. <strong>Argumentul propriei experien\u021be &#8211; repetate \u0219i aprofundate, corelate cu principiile de baz\u0103 ale Vie\u021bii &#8211; este cel mai rar \u00eent\u00e2lnit.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, pre-judec\u0103\u021bile ne dau confort, certitudinea c\u0103 suntem \u201dok\u201d, dar curiozitatea, necunoscutul de dincolo de aparen\u021be sunt cele care ne mi\u0219c\u0103, ne dau impulsurile c\u0103ut\u0103rii, a experiment\u0103rii \u0219i a extragerii propriilor concluzii care reprezint\u0103 chiar esen\u021ba \u0219i sensul Vie\u021bii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201dStay hungry, stay foolish\u201d &#8211; Steve Jobs<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cateva exemple de pre-judec\u0103\u021bi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Confirmarea <\/strong>&#8211; atunci c\u0103nd acord\u0103m aten\u021bie sau valoare doar informa\u021biilor\/ situa\u021biilor care ne confirm\u0103 propriile convingeri sau interese. Aceasta este unul din cele mai puternice \u201dfiltre\u201d de protec\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de tot ce nu este \u201dnormal, corect, cunoscut\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Disponibilitatea euristic\u0103 <\/strong>&#8211; judec\u0103\u021bile noastre vor fi influen\u021bate de ceea ce ne apare prima dat\u0103 \u00een con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103: informa\u021bii, amintiri, asocieri emo\u021bionale recente, care \u201dplutesc la suprafa\u021b\u0103\u201d sau sunt disponibile peste tot, vor constitui punctul de plecare sau funda\u021bia pentru ce g\u00e2ndim \u0219i sim\u021bim.   Ne uit\u0103m la \u0219tiri diminea\u021ba, auzim doar despre pericole \u0219i r\u0103uf\u0103c\u0103tori &#8211; vom judeca ziua pornind de la aceste prime resurse. <strong>Dac\u0103 avem grij\u0103 s\u0103 ne facem plinul de la prima or\u0103 cu altfel de <a href=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/index.php\/resurse\/\">resurse<\/a>, vom vedea altfel lucrurile.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ancorarea<\/strong> &#8211; prima impresie, prima idee \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie ne va influen\u021ba g\u00e2ndirea despre tot ce va urma (regula de baz\u0103 a \u00eenceperii negocierilor).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Distan\u021ba<\/strong> &#8211; avem  instinctul de a da prioritate lucrurilor apropiate &#8211; \u00een spa\u021biu \u0219i timp, chiar dac\u0103 nu sunt cele mai importante sau favorabile. Greutatea de a \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba ceva nou \u0219i util ne apare mai mare dec\u00e2t problemele pe care le vom avea pentru ca nu am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat. Recompensa mic\u0103, dar apropiat\u0103 (eventual din frigider) este preferat\u0103 celei mai mari de la finalul efortului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aversiunea c\u0103tre pierdere <\/strong>&#8211; percepem exagerat nepl\u0103cerea, suferin\u021ba pentru o pierdere, fa\u021b\u0103 de satisfac\u021bia unui c\u00e2\u0219tig de aceea\u0219i valoare. Dac\u0103 pierderea ne apare ca fiind imediat\u0103 (confortul, pl\u0103cerea), iar c\u00e2\u0219tigul ceva mai \u00eendep\u0103rtat (s\u0103n\u0103tatea), alegerea este \u201dgarantat\u0103\u201d&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eroarea fundamental\u0103 de atribuire<\/strong> &#8211; \u00eei judec\u0103m pe ceilal\u021bi pentru \u201dcaracterul\u201d lor, dar pe noi &#8211; \u00een func\u021bie de situa\u021bie. Ei gre\u0219esc pentru c\u0103 \u201da\u0219a sunt ei\u201d, iar noi gre\u0219im pentru c\u0103&#8230; \u201da\u0219a au fost circumstan\u021bele\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efectul de Halou<\/strong> &#8211; vom judeca o persoan\u0103 \u00een func\u021bie de c\u00e2t de mult ne place, c\u00e2t de atractiv\u0103 ni se pare &#8211; vom g\u0103si mai u\u0219or criterii de apreciere (bine\u00een\u021beles, justificate&#8230;). \u00cei vom ierta sau \u00eei vom ignora mai u\u0219or gre\u0219elile \u0219i \u00eei vom observa amplificat calit\u0103\u021bile. Dup\u0103 care, timpul \u0219i experien\u021ba vor avea ceva de spus&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efectul de claxon sau siren\u0103 (de alarm\u0103<\/strong>) &#8211; invers efectului de halou, c\u00e2nd nu ne place ceva la o persoan\u0103, avem tendin\u021ba s\u0103 \u00eei g\u0103sim imediat \u0219i alte defecte, \u201dnoduri \u00een papur\u0103\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efectul de reflector<\/strong> &#8211; supraestim\u0103m \u00eentotdeauna c\u00e2t de mult observ\u0103 ceilal\u021bi cum ar\u0103t\u0103m \u0219i cum ne purt\u0103m &#8211; mai ales detalii nesemnificative (care nou\u0103 ne stric\u0103 ziua).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reactivitatea <\/strong>&#8211; prima reac\u021bie c\u00e2nd ni se spune s\u0103 facem ceva (chiar dac\u0103 e de bine&#8230;) este s\u0103 ne opunem, s\u0103 rezist\u0103m, s\u0103 ne afirm\u0103m \u201dlibertatea \u0219i independen\u021ba\u201d. De aceea s-au inventat manipularea, propaganda \u0219i autoritatea ierarhic impus\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inten\u021bionalitatea<\/strong> &#8211; tendin\u021ba de a judeca orice ac\u021biune a cuiva drept inten\u021bionat\u0103, mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t conjunctural\u0103 sau accidental\u0103. Asocierea inten\u021biei (culp\u0103, premeditare) d\u0103 greutate judec\u0103\u021bii, spre deosebire de \u201dneaten\u021bie, eroare neinten\u021bionat\u0103 sau pur \u0219i simplu &#8211; gre\u0219eal\u0103\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efectul Pygmalion<\/strong> &#8211; apare c\u00e2nd a\u0219tept\u0103rile ridicate ale celor din jur (traduse prin \u00eencredere \u0219i \u00eencuraj\u0103ri) ne stimuleaz\u0103 propriile comportamente \u0219i rezultate. Efectul este invers celui c\u00e2nd preten\u021biile prea ridicate (exprimate cu ne\u00eencredere \u0219i critici) ne reduc motiva\u021bia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eroarea costurilor deja prea mari<\/strong> &#8211; apare c\u00e2nd deja am investit prea mult (energie, timp, etc.) \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie sau rela\u021bie care nu merge \u0219i totu\u0219i continu\u0103m s\u0103 investim mai degrab\u0103 dec\u00e2t s\u0103 o \u201dtrecem pe pierdere\u201d \u0219i s\u0103 investim \u00een ceva mai util, profitabil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Supra-optimismul<\/strong> &#8211; c\u00e2nd anticip\u0103m rezultate pozitive f\u0103r\u0103 argumente reale, f\u0103r\u0103 discern\u0103m\u00e2nt: asumarea riscurilor exagerate, ac\u021biunile impulsive, refuzul de a evalua factorii \u0219i consecin\u021bele, visarea ireal\u0103 c\u0103 \u201dtotul va fi bine\u201d chiar dac\u0103 nu facem nimic sau continu\u0103m s\u0103 facem acelea\u0219i gre\u0219eli &#8211; sunt doar c\u00e2teva aspecte pe care le critic\u0103m aprig la alte persoane, dar nu le trat\u0103m cu aceeasi exigen\u021b\u0103 la noi \u00een\u0219ine. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Negativitatea<\/strong> &#8211; l\u0103s\u0103m aspectele negative s\u0103 ne influen\u021beze exagerat g\u0103ndirea. Este o consecin\u021b\u0103 a instinctului primar de supravie\u021buire, dar care, repetat f\u0103r\u0103 discern\u0103m\u00e2nt, duce la pesimism cronic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pesimismul<\/strong> &#8211; apare c\u00e2nd consider\u0103m foarte probabil (c\u0103tre sigur) un rezultat negativ, dar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 evalu\u0103m riscurile pe o baz\u0103 real\u0103. Pesimismul este o hiper-protec\u021bie fa\u021b\u0103 de dez-am\u0103gire, iar uneori devine o justificare pentru fric\u0103 sau lene.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Placebo si Nocebo<\/strong> &#8211; un remediu\/ o ac\u021biune va avea un efect benefic amplificat dac\u0103 deja credem c\u0103 ne va face bine\/ c\u0103 va ie\u0219i bine sau redus dac\u0103 nu credem. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Efectul Barnum<\/strong> &#8211; umplem spa\u021biile afirma\u021biilor vagi cu propriile presupuneri, deoarece ne dorim ca totul s\u0103 aib\u0103 sens \u0219i semnifica\u021bie. Uneori umplem chiar pove\u0219tile, relat\u0103rile altora cu aspecte care s\u0103 ne confirme \u0219i s\u0103 ne reprezinte pe noi \u00een\u0219ine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Blestemul cunoa\u0219terii<\/strong> &#8211; odat\u0103 ce \u00een\u021belegem un lucru, o situa\u021bie, presupunem c\u0103 este evident pentru oricine altcineva. Nu mai facem efortul s\u0103 explic\u0103m, ba chiar ne enerv\u0103m dac\u0103 pentru ceilal\u021bi nu e la fel de clar\/ simplu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grupul social reprezentativ<\/strong> &#8211; vom sus\u021bine mult mai mult ideile \u0219i \u00eei vom favoriza pe cei care fac parte din acela\u0219i grup cu noi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ipoteza drept\u0103\u021bii in lume<\/strong> &#8211; dorin\u021ba instinctiv\u0103 de dreptate ne face s\u0103 credem c\u0103 \u201dlumea\u201d trebuie s\u0103 fie dreapt\u0103 (uneori nejustificat \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 sa aprofund\u0103m). Sau invers, nu ne vine s\u0103 credem ca exist\u0103 at\u0103t de mult\u0103 injusti\u021bie, nedreptate, mai ales in societate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce ne facem?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Orice solu\u021bii, inclusiv abordarea terapeutic\u0103 specializat\u0103 sau practicile traditionale spirituale, dau dou\u0103 direc\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een primul r\u00e2nd, <strong>aten\u021bia interioar\u0103 \u0219i con\u0219tientizarea pre-judec\u0103\u021bilor proprii,<\/strong> \u00een\u021belegerea avantajelor de supravie\u021buire pe care ni le-au oferit vreodat\u0103 \u0219i verificarea cu discern\u0103m\u00e2nt a valorii in situa\u021biile actuale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een al doilea r\u00e2nd, este de mare ajutor <strong>observarea \u0219i dac\u0103 este posibil (\u0219i permis&#8230;) chiar ajutarea plin\u0103 de compasiune a celorlal\u021bi<\/strong> \u00een destructurarea propriilor lor prejudec\u0103\u021bi. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Practic, ar fi bine <strong>s\u0103 con\u0219tientiz\u0103m \u00een centrul prejudec\u0103\u021bilor noastre cauza-r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103: obi\u0219nuin\u021ba dep\u0103\u0219irii cu vitez\u0103 (\u0219i neaten\u021bie) a situa\u021biilor de-a lungul vie\u021bii<\/strong>, c\u00e2nd doar am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 ne protej\u0103m, s\u0103 ne descurc\u0103m, s\u0103 \u201die\u0219im bine\u201d.
