Acestea pot fi mai u\u0219or \u00een\u021belese studiind acele categorii ale nevoilor pe care le-au descoperit mul\u021bi cercet\u0103tori ai con\u0219tiin\u021bei \u2013 cea mai binecunoscut\u0103 fiind piramida lui Maslow, dar \u0219i nevoile umane utilizate de Anthony Robbins sau o mul\u021bime de alte liste de \u201dnevoi\u201d psihologice, de cele mai multe ori <a href=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/index.php\/2023\/09\/23\/prejudecatile-cognitive\/\">incon\u0219tiente<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Orice <strong>Dorin\u021b\u0103<\/strong> are imediat \u0219i un revers: <strong>Frica<\/strong> de a nu pierde obiectul dorin\u021bei, care genereaz\u0103 apoi <strong>Furia<\/strong> pe care cei mai mul\u021bi o folosim ca \u0219i combustibil, ca s\u0103 ne punem in mi\u0219care \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenvingem orice obstacole. Apoi constat\u0103m c\u0103 Dorin\u021ba tocmai \u00eemplinit\u0103 nu era garan\u021bia Fericirii p\u00e2n\u0103 la ad\u00e2nci b\u0103tr\u00e2ne\u021bi, deci c\u0103ut\u0103m alta, mai bun\u0103&#8230; \u0218i a\u0219a se \u00eenv\u00e2rte la nesf\u00e2r\u0219it <strong>Cercul Vicios al Stresulu<\/strong>i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu to\u021bii avem priorit\u0103\u021bi, doar c\u0103 nu \u00eentotdeauna ne sunt foarte clare. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd avem tendin\u021ba s\u0103 facem&nbsp;<strong>confuzie \u00eentre nevoile fiziologice<\/strong>&nbsp;(de supravie\u021buire a corpului)&nbsp;<strong>\u0219i nevoile psihologice<\/strong>&nbsp;(de supravie\u021buire a structurilor psihice \u2013 Incon\u0219tient, Subcon\u0219tient, Ego, Super-Ego \u2013 cum le-au catalogat Freud, Jung \u0219i al\u021bi savan\u021bi):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00eent\u00e2i suntem anima\u021bi de necesit\u0103\u021bile vitale, de supravie\u021buire. Acestea sunt inclusiv instinctele primare care sus\u021bin Via\u021ba, pe care corpul ni le transmite \u00een mod natural \u0219i care sunt de neevitat.&nbsp;<strong>Fiind at\u00e2t de importante \u0219i universal recunoscute ca priorit\u0103\u021bi, ele sunt folosite de multe ori ca scuze \u2013 pentru \u00eendeplinirea unor dorin\u021be din alte zone ale psihicului \u2013 ceea ce genereaz\u0103 confuzie \u0219i conflicte, adic\u0103\u2026 stres.<\/strong>&nbsp;De exemplu, poftele culinare sunt interpretate ca foame, pofta de \u201do lad\u0103 de bere\u201d este datorat\u0103&#8230; setei, oboseala psihic\u0103 sau depresiile sunt considerate nevoie de somn, etc. Adic\u0103 \u201dmurim\u201d dac\u0103 nu le satisfacem?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dac\u0103 totu\u0219i, aceste necesit\u0103\u021bi vitale reale sunt \u00eemplinite, <strong>ne c\u0103ut\u0103m apoi confortul, pl\u0103cerea, \u0219i cu timpul, certitudinea c\u0103 \u201dnu vom mai fi &#8211; niciodat\u0103 \u0219i oric\u00e2t de pu\u021bin &#8211; \u00een pericol s\u0103 le pierdem, s\u0103 suferim c\u00e2tu\u0219i de pu\u021bin\u201d.<\/strong> C\u00e2t de posibil vi se pare? Dar a\u0219a ne=am obi\u0219nuit &#8211; s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m supra-protec\u021bia individual\u0103 (de exemplu, <em>\u201dmi-e prea frig, mi-e prea cald, e curent, nu \u00eemi place locul, situa\u021bia\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;) c\u00e2t \u0219i prin integrarea \u00een grupuri sociale, mai mici sau mai mari: familia, \u0219coala, colegii de servici, etc. \u2013 care&nbsp;<em>trebuie neap\u0103rat s\u0103 se poarte \u201dfrumos\u201d cu noi, s\u0103 nu fim deranja\u021bi.<\/em><br>Fiind promovat\u0103 excesiv prin reclame \u0219i stilul \u201doccidental\u201d de via\u021b\u0103, noua normalitate presupune asigurarea cu orice pre\u021b a confortului, a comodit\u0103\u021bilor, a siguran\u021bei c\u0103 \u201dnimic\u201d nu ne poate atinge sau afecta starea c\u0103ldu\u021b\u0103, \u201dcozy\u201d, nici \u00een cel mai mic grad. Astfel s-a generat o adev\u0103rat\u0103 epidemie de \u201dhipersensibilitate\u201d, de alergii la orice adiere sau fir de praf, la orice vorb\u0103 sau privire care genereaz\u0103 cascade de drame \u0219i traume \u201demo\u201d, declarate chiar cu emfaz\u0103 de genul \u201deu nu suport\u2026\u201d.<br><strong>Cum au disp\u0103rut c\u0103utarea, dezvoltarea sau m\u0103car recunoa\u0219terea calit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i virtu\u021bilor umane esen\u021biale, ca toleran\u021ba, r\u0103bdarea, stoicismul, curajul, deta\u0219area, ob\u021binute prin c\u0103lirea continu\u0103 a corpului \u0219i a con\u0219tiin\u021bei \u0219i care dintotdeauna stau la baza rezilien\u021bei fa\u021b\u0103 de orice stres?<\/strong> Ce efect are \u0219i va avea din ce \u00een ce mai mult, lipsa lor, asupra majorit\u0103\u021bii oamenilor?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een lipsa valorilor proprii, doar prin intermediul grupurilor sociale (\u0219i mai nou doar de pe Facebook), ne valid\u0103m, ne consolid\u0103m \u0219i ne test\u0103m valoarea personal\u0103 \u2013&nbsp;<strong><em>suntem \u201dla fel\u201d, suntem \u201dmai buni\u201d<\/em>, suntem \u201dok\u201d?<\/strong> \u0218i din nou d\u0103m acestor criterii valoare de supravie\u021buire, de necesit\u0103\u021bi vitale. O desp\u0103r\u021bire de o persoan\u0103 sau de un grup, ratarea unui premiu sau a locului 1 \u00eentr-o competi\u021bie, lipsa aprecierii p\u0103rin\u021bilor, colegilor sau a prietenilor de conjunctur\u0103, devin drame existen\u021biale, asemeni unor pericole de moarte. Sunt acestea chiar at\u00e2t de vitale?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 r\u0103m\u00e2nem prin\u0219i \u00een jocul acestor confuzii, \u00een loc s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m s\u0103 le privim pe fiecare \u00een sensul real de dezvoltare a personalit\u0103\u021bii noastre, a fiec\u0103ruia, <strong>vom vedea \u00een orice situa\u021bie o \u201dnevoie de supravie\u021buire\u201d \u00een pericol s\u0103 nu fie \u00eendeplinit\u0103.<\/strong> Vom avea permanent senza\u021bia c\u0103 Via\u021ba nu ne ofer\u0103 ceea ce avem nevoie \u0219i de aceea este at\u0103t de u\u0219or s\u0103 fim permanent stresa\u021bi, chiar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salvarea vine doar prin transformarea modului de a privi totul ca o \u201dlupt\u0103 pentru supravie\u021buire\u201d \u0219i de a c\u0103uta s\u0103 ne dezvolt\u0103m ceea ce Maslow nume\u0219te nevoia de \u201dauto-actualizare\u201d, adic\u0103 aspira\u021biile de a deveni mai buni, creativi, adaptabili la orice situa\u021bii, c\u0103ut\u0103tori de solu\u021bii \u0219i resurse \u00een orice problem\u0103, ni\u0219te entuzia\u0219ti cercet\u0103tori al principiilor esen\u021biale care mi\u0219c\u0103 lumea, Via\u021ba. Foarte simplu spus, doar c\u0103utarea sensului superior, al ordinii \u0219i necesit\u0103\u021bilor superioare \u00een fiecare situa\u021bie, centrarea dincolo de propria persoan\u0103 limitat\u0103 ne poate da&nbsp;<strong>libertatea de a alege s\u0103 nu ne mai stres\u0103m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em><strong>De-o fi una, de-o fi alta\u2026 Ce e scris \u0219i pentru noi,<\/strong><\/em><strong><em><br>Bucuro\u0219i le-om duce toate, de e pace, de-i r\u0103zboi.<\/em><\/strong><em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>Scrisoarea a III-a, Mihai Eminescu<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De unde apare confuzia?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Confuzia apare din faptul c\u0103, \u00een prezent,<strong> to\u021bi oamenii \u0218TIU TOTUL DESPRE \u201dORICE\u201d, dar din ce \u00een ce mai pu\u021bini au obiceiul de a reflecta p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd \u00ceN\u021aELEG \u201dDE CE\u201d.<\/strong>&nbsp;Se promoveaz\u0103 \u0219i se transmit at\u00e2t de u\u0219or informa\u021bii  (copy-paste la toate nivelurile, p\u00e2n\u0103 la cele universitare), \u00eenc\u00e2t nu mai l\u0103s\u0103m loc pentru \u00eentreb\u0103ri \u0219i reflec\u021bii profunde care s\u0103 ne aduc\u0103 cunoa\u0219terea autentic\u0103 \u0219i inspira\u021bii geniale. C\u0103ut\u0103m \u0219i simul\u0103m continuu false momente de \u201dA-ha\u201d, iar una din cele mai rar auzite expresii \u00eentr-o discu\u021bie actual\u0103 este \u201dnu \u0219tiu\u201d. Orice p\u0103rere (care ne convine&#8230;), preluat\u0103 din media sau din orice discu\u021bie, este afirmat\u0103 cu convingere de nezdruncinat, ca un adev\u0103r absolut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00cen psihologie este cunoscut \u0219i studiat termenul de&nbsp;<strong>disonan\u021b\u0103 cognitiv\u0103<\/strong>. Acesta porneste de la dificultatea accept\u0103rii unor <strong>conflicte<\/strong> dintre Realitate, Via\u021b\u0103, Obiectivitate \u0219i unele din valorile la care aspir\u0103m, nevoi, dorin\u021be sau chiar instincte \u0219i frici care ne \u00eendeamn\u0103 s\u0103 prefer\u0103m opusul. Alegerea Adev\u0103rului, a Realit\u0103\u021bii, mai ales dac\u0103 nu ne place, dac\u0103 ne sperie, devine dificil\u0103, deoarece cu to\u021bii avem anumite mecanisme de protec\u021bie la suferin\u021b\u0103 care se activeaz\u0103 automat sau care, prin repetare, deja au devenit obi\u0219nuin\u021be. Este o criza mondial\u0103 de Lips\u0103 de Sinceritate. Adic\u0103 de Ipocrizie, chiar dac\u0103 nu ne place sa recunoa\u0219tem.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"571\" height=\"709\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image_2024-04-04_234023650.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1316\" style=\"width:298px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image_2024-04-04_234023650.png 571w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image_2024-04-04_234023650-242x300.png 242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br>C\u00e2teva exemple u\u0219or de recunoscut: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 sl\u0103besc, dar pentru c\u0103 nu \u00eemi place s\u0103 \u021bin regim sau s\u0103 fac efort <strong>prefer s\u0103 cred<\/strong> c\u0103 eu nu pot, c\u0103 am o problem\u0103 hormonal\u0103, c\u0103 e ok \u0219i dac\u0103 nu sl\u0103besc, etc. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a\u0219 vrea o rela\u021bie mai armonioas\u0103, dar pentru c\u0103 \u00eemi e fric\u0103 s\u0103 nu suf\u0103r, visez s\u0103 o primesc de-a gata sau <strong>aleg s\u0103 cred<\/strong> c\u0103 oricum nu exist\u0103 a\u0219a ceva, sau e prea rar, prea greu, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a\u0219 vrea un venit mai bun, dar pentru c\u0103 nu vreau s\u0103 risc sau nu vreau s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b aptitudini sau abilit\u0103\u021bi noi, <strong>prefer s\u0103 cred<\/strong> c\u0103 firma, societatea, guvernul, destinul sunt de vin\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0219tiu c\u0103 fumatul nu este s\u0103n\u0103tos nici pentru mine, nici pentru al\u021bii, dar pentru c\u0103 nu vreau s\u0103 recunosc c\u00e2t de greu \u00eemi este s\u0103 renun\u021b la dependen\u021ba de pl\u0103cerea fumatului, <strong>aleg s\u0103 cred<\/strong> c\u0103 nici nu este a\u0219a de grav (ba chiar \u00eei g\u0103sesc unele beneficii).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0219tiu c\u0103 cei care ne conduc \u021bara, lumea, au interese diferite de ale mele (ca s\u0103 m\u0103 exprim politic-os\u2026), dar pentru c\u0103 m\u0103 tem s\u0103 nu pierd micile avantaje \u0219i confortul actual, <strong>aleg s\u0103 am \u00eencredere<\/strong> c\u0103 \u00eemi vor totu\u0219i \u201dbinele\u201d, c\u0103 nu sunt at\u00e2t de e-goi-\u0219ti, c\u0103 m\u0103 vor proteja m\u0103car un pic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een general, <strong>alegem s\u0103 credem plini de supraoptimism nejustificat c\u0103 \u201dtotu\u0219i va fi bine\u201d<\/strong>, \u00een varianta cea mai confortabil\u0103 pentru noi, chiar dac\u0103 nu contribuim la acel bine, ba chiar ac\u021bion\u0103m \u00een sens contrar. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum re-cunoa\u0219tem disonan\u021ba cognitiv\u0103?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Expresiile frecvente dup\u0103 care putem detecta disonan\u021ba cognitiv\u0103 \u2013 chiar \u0219i la noi \u00een\u0219ine \u2013 sunt de genul:<strong>\u201dnu pot s\u0103 cred\u201d, \u201dnu e chiar a\u0219a\u201d, \u201de mai complicat\u201d, \u201dp\u0103i \u0219i ce s\u0103 fac eu?\u201d, \u201dlas\u0103 c\u0103 trece\/ se rezolv\u0103 de la sine\u201d <\/strong>sau mai agresivu<strong>l \u201dvrei s\u0103 spui c\u0103\u2026?\u201d <\/strong>urmate de un torent de argumente (bazate pe <a href=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/index.php\/2023\/06\/18\/erorile-cognitive\/\">erori cognitive<\/a>) \u0219i deseori pe un ton ironic, superior care ne asigur\u0103 victoria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen aceste situa\u021bii, se poate constata cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 un lucru general valabil:&nbsp;<strong>tendin\u021ba general\u0103 a oamenilor este de a alege s\u0103 cread\u0103, uneori \u00een mod paradoxal, \u00een \u201dbinele\u201d care ne a-pare cel mai u\u0219or, cel mai rapid, cel mai apropiat \u2013 \u00een timp \u0219i spa\u021biu<\/strong>. Adic\u0103 s\u0103 alegem CONFORTUL IMEDIAT, IGNORAN\u021aA (pastila ro\u0219ie din Matrix).
