Cel mai important lucru pe care \u00eel putem face pentru s\u0103n\u0103tatea noastr\u0103 este s\u0103 ne activ\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne p\u0103str\u0103m capacitatea organismului de a se vindeca \u0219i recupera singur, elimin\u00e2nd eventualele perturb\u0103ri ale func\u021bion\u0103rii lui fire\u0219ti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00a0Acest fenomen de recuperare se va produce negre\u0219it, dac\u0103 organismul nu a suferit deja v\u0103t\u0103m\u0103ri ireparabile. Este exact capcana \u00een care cad mul\u021bi \u0219oferi, care ajung la cap\u0103tul drumului extenua\u021bi (dac\u0103 ajung&#8230;) \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fi savurat nimic din peisaj, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 fi oprit ca s\u0103 se relaxeze \u0219i doar cu m\u00e2ndria c\u0103 au avut ceva vitez\u0103 \u0219i i-au dep\u0103\u0219it pe al\u021bii. St\u0103rile de boal\u0103 arat\u0103 necesitatea \u0219i urgen\u021ba activ\u0103rii predominant parasimpatice p\u00e2n\u0103 la dispari\u021bia simptomelor (\u0219i chiar \u0219i \u00een perioada de convalescen\u021b\u0103 care este normal\u0103 dup\u0103 aceea).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 cum \u0219tim de la lec\u021biile de fizic\u0103, echilibrul poate fi de tip instabil, stabil sau indiferent. Cu to\u021bii tindem s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m zona de echilibru stabil sau de confort, unde nimic s\u0103 nu ne mai deranjeze, dar indiferen\u021ba nu poate s\u0103 dureze &#8211; dec\u00e2t p\u00e2n\u0103 la primul hop.
