Adormim cu z\u00e2mbetul pe fa\u021b\u0103 \u0219i cel mai important, in inim\u0103?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Din cele descrise putem re\u021bine 2 cuvinte cheie, care descriu cele 2 concepte esen\u021biale in toate metodele, tradi\u021biile \u0219i filozofiile referitoare la o via\u021b\u0103 mai bun\u0103: <strong>Energia<\/strong> si <strong>Con\u0219tiin\u021ba<\/strong>. Iar cele dou\u0103 sisteme nervoase pot fi privite &#8211; simplificat &#8211; ca f\u0103c\u00e2nd conexiunea \u00eentre <strong>corp (rezervorul de energie)<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>psihic<\/strong> (g\u00e2nduri, emo\u021bii, con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103).
