{"id":249,"date":"2022-12-02T19:15:14","date_gmt":"2022-12-02T19:15:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/?p=249"},"modified":"2023-01-28T20:13:58","modified_gmt":"2023-01-28T20:13:58","slug":"ce-este-de-fapt-stresul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/index.php\/2022\/12\/02\/ce-este-de-fapt-stresul\/","title":{"rendered":"Ce sunt de fapt stresul \u0219i r\u0103spunsul la stres?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stresul \u0219i r\u0103spunsul organismului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Termenul <strong>&#8222;Stres\u201d &#8211; <\/strong>desemneaz\u0103 o serie de substantive \u00eenrudite ca \u00een\u021beles, dar cu nuan\u021be ce pot diversifica sensul: solicitare, tensiune, \u00eencordare, presiune, povar\u0103, efort, constr\u00e2ngere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deci, putem privi stresul ca pe o tensiune \u00eentre 2 poli:  <strong>Eu versus Solicit\u0103rile Vie\u021bii<\/strong>, percepute ca \u201csurse de stres\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dr. Hans Selye <\/strong>(medic endocrinolog): a cercetat \u0219i a definit pentru prima oar\u0103 <strong>\u201cr\u0103spunsul la stres\u201d<\/strong> ca <strong>un ansamblu de reac\u021bii ale organismului fa\u021b\u0103 de o solicitare  <\/strong>exercitat\u0103 asupra sa de c\u0103tre un evantai larg de agen\u021bi cauzali. Ace\u0219tia pot fi factori fizici (ambientali, traumatisme, arsuri), chimici (interni sau externi), biologici (infec\u021bii), psihici, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-vertically-aligned-center is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Hnas-Selye.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-250\" width=\"496\" height=\"445\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stresul declan\u0219eaz\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna o reac\u021bie de adaptare a organismului<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Efectele m\u0103surate de Dr. Selye \u0219i datorate direct acestor factori constau \u00eentotdeauna <strong>\u00een apari\u021bia unor variate modific\u0103ri morfo-func\u021bionale, \u00een special endocrine<\/strong>. Aceste modific\u0103ri \u00eembrac\u0103 forma a ceea ce Dr. Selye a numit <strong>&#8222;Sindromul General de Adaptare\u201d<\/strong>. Acesta cuprinde totalitatea <strong>mecanismelor nespecifice <\/strong>(considerate astfel tocmai pentru c\u0103 ele apar la oricare dintre agen\u021bii declan\u0219atori men\u021biona\u021bi), capabile s\u0103 asigure mobilizarea resurselor adaptive ale organismului \u00een fa\u021ba agresiunii care-i amenin\u021b\u0103 starea de echilibru func\u021bional: <strong>homeostazia<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De\u0219i acum pare banal\u0103 o asemenea descoperire, ca s\u0103 con\u0219tientiz\u0103m mai bine valoarea ei, voi mai preciza c\u00e2teva detalii despre cine a fost Dr. Hans Selye:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>de 17 ori nominalizat pentru premiul Nobel &#8211; pentru studiile si descoperirile despre stres si efectele lui<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a publicat peste 1600 de articole \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u0219i peste 40 de c\u0103r\u021bi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a publicat cartea Stress Of Life \u00een anul 1956, Stress without distress \u00een anul 1974 \u0219i a fondat Institutul pentru Stres in 1975 \u0219i Institutul Canadian pentru Stres \u00een 1979 (\u00eempreun\u0103 cu al\u021bi 8 laurea\u021bi Nobel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Faptul c\u0103 un asemenea om \u0219i mul\u021bi al\u021bii ca el \u0219i-au dedicat \u00eentreaga via\u021b\u0103 studiului stresului \u0219i efectelor sale \u00een organism, poate \u00eensemna cel pu\u021bin 2 lucruri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Stresul merit\u0103 luat \u00een serios<\/strong>, studiat, iar principiile descoperite de Dr. Hans Selye \u0219i mul\u021bi al\u021bii, merit\u0103 aplicate zi de zi, pentru o via\u021b\u0103 c\u00e2t mai \u00eemplinit\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stresul ne va \u00eenso\u021bi \u00eentreaga via\u021b\u0103<\/strong>, fie c\u0103 vrem, fie c\u0103 nu vrem &#8211; fie c\u0103 \u00eel re-cunoa\u0219tem, fie c\u0103 ne ferim s\u0103 ne g\u00e2ndim la el sau c\u0103ut\u0103m scurt\u0103turi ca s\u0103 \u00eel dep\u0103\u0219im f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103&#8230; ne stres\u0103m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot Dr. Selye a identificat, pe baza st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate a glandelor endocrine, cele 3 faze ale reac\u021biei de adaptare la stres: <strong>faza de alert\u0103<\/strong>, <strong>faza de rezisten\u021b\u0103<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>faza de epuizare<\/strong> (moarte). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Hello&#8230;? Deci c\u00e2t de grav poate s\u0103 fie stresul necontrolat?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu alte cuvinte, <strong>\u00een cazul oric\u0103ror solicit\u0103ri\/ amenin\u021b\u0103ri la adresa integrit\u0103\u021bii, echilibrului, st\u0103rii de confort sau chiar a vie\u021bii) corpul r\u0103spunde aproape instantaneu: sistemul nervos simpatic declan\u0219eaz\u0103 alarma \u0219i tot corpul se preg\u0103te\u0219te de lupt\u0103.<\/strong> Aici ar fi important de re\u021binut c\u00e2teva aspecte: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>alarma se d\u0103 \u00een mod <strong>AUTOMAT<\/strong> \u0219i \u00een cazul <strong>ORIC\u0102ROR<\/strong> solicit\u0103ri &#8221;periculoase&#8221; &#8211; reale sau imaginate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>TOT CORPUL<\/strong> intr\u0103 \u00een stare de alert\u0103 (vezi efectele activ\u0103rii simpatice)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nivelul de alarm\u0103 este dat doar de <strong>PERCEP\u021aIA<\/strong> noastr\u0103 (con\u0219tient\u0103 sau incon\u0219tient\u0103) asupra gradului de amenin\u021bare al solicit\u0103rii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>alarma nu se opre\u0219te (sistemul parasimpatic nu se reactiveaz\u0103) dec\u00e2t c\u00e2nd &#8221;de la comandament&#8221; se d\u0103 comanda &#8221;alarma s-a \u00eencheiat, pericolul a trecut&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>semnalul de alarm\u0103 se transmite \u00een corp \u0219i prin intermediul a\u0219a numitei axe <strong>Hipotalamus &#8211; Hipofiz\u0103 (Pituitar\u0103) &#8211; Adrenale (Suprarenale)<\/strong> &#8211; <strong> glande produc\u0103toare de hormoni specifici, care r\u0103m\u00e2n prezen\u021bi \u00een s\u00e2nge mai mult timp, <\/strong>chiar dup\u0103 ce semnalul de alarm\u0103 s-a oprit. \n<ul class=\"has-small-font-size wp-block-list\">\n<li><em>Dup\u0103 cum se observ\u0103 \u00een poza de mai sus, \u00een care chiar dr. Hans Selye descrie aceast\u0103 ax\u0103 HPA, apare in final \u0219i Timusul &#8211; o gland\u0103 endocrin\u0103 oarecum misterioas\u0103 pentru medicina actual\u0103 &#8211; care \u00een prezent este eliminat din axa stresului (din ce am g\u0103sit p\u00e2n\u0103 acum).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Analogic vorbind, <strong>corpul poate fi asem\u0103nat cu o comunitate<\/strong>, \u00een care to\u021bi locuitorii se ocup\u0103 de \u00eentre\u021binerea vie\u021bii de zi cu zi. C\u00e2nd <strong>str\u0103jerii (organele de sim\u021b)<\/strong> primesc informa\u021bii despre un eveniment, <strong>serviciul de securitate<\/strong> <strong>(hipotalamusul, care are leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu memoria, cu experien\u021ba de via\u021b\u0103)<\/strong> este primul analizeaz\u0103 ultrarapid datele \u0219i dac\u0103 intr\u0103 \u00een categoria &#8221;alarm\u0103&#8221;, transmite prin <strong>cablu (nervii sistemului simpatic)<\/strong> c\u0103tre diferitele <strong>&#8221;bresle&#8221; (organe vitale)<\/strong> s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103 activit\u0103\u021bile obi\u0219nuite (productie, \u00eentre\u021binere, cur\u0103\u021benie, etc.) \u0219i toate eforturile s\u0103 se mute c\u0103tre preg\u0103tirea de lupt\u0103. Pentru ca s\u0103 fie siguri c\u0103 mesajul ajunge la <strong>fiecare locuitor (celul\u0103)<\/strong>, sunt trimi\u0219i <strong>curieri (hormonii)<\/strong> care transmit precis mesajul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Problema este c\u0103 fiind deja pleca\u021bi, curierii nu mai afl\u0103 c\u0103 alarma s-a \u00eencheiat dec\u00e2t cu o anumit\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2rziere&#8230; eventual c\u00e2nd al\u021bi curieri (hormoni) le dau de \u0219tire nout\u0103\u021bile: alarma s-a \u00eencheiat sau&#8230; a ap\u0103rut o nou\u0103 alarm\u0103!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Conform Dr. Joe Dispenza, prima alarm\u0103 hormonal\u0103 dureaz\u00e2 doar c\u00e2teva minute, dup\u00e2 care starea de stres se men\u021bine doar dac\u0103 este \u00eentre\u021binut\u0103 de noi \u00een\u0219ine. Deci, <strong>dup\u0103 primele 2-3 minute de stres avem deja capacitatea de a verifica dac\u0103 pericolul a trecut \u0219i de a alege s\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103m con\u0219tient.<\/strong> De ce totu\u0219i p\u0103str\u0103m starea de stres \u0219i g\u00e2ndurile sup\u0103r\u0103toare, uneori chiar le amplific\u0103m multe ore sau chiar zile, evoc\u00e2nd \u0219i relu\u00e2nd iar \u0219i iar acelea\u0219i motive? Pentru c\u0103 ni se pare \u201dnormal\u201d, \u201djustificat\u201d \u0219i mai ales \u201dcea mai bun\u0103 \u0219i mai corect\u0103\u201d alegere. A\u0219a s\u0103 fie?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em><strong>\u201cWhen you\u2019re living by the hormones of stress, it\u2019s not a time to create \u2026 it\u2019s not a time to open your heart \u2026 it\u2019s not a time to learn.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>           <strong><em> Dr. Joe Dispenza<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Un alt medic, <strong>Dr. Harold G. Wolff<\/strong> define\u0219te stresul ca o &#8222;stare dinamic\u0103 a unui organism, ca <strong>r\u0103spuns la o solicitare de adaptare<\/strong>, deoarece<strong> via\u021ba \u00eens\u0103\u0219i impune o adaptare constant\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een a\u0219a fel \u00eenc\u00e2t toate fiin\u021bele vii sunt \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare mai mare sau mai mic\u0103 de stres\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103 ca nu exist\u0103 o homeo-stazie care s\u0103 dureze (care ar fi o stare static\u0103), ci o permanent\u0103 stare homeo-dinamic\u0103 &#8211; de permanent\u0103 adaptare \u0219i transformare.
