Nu este <strong>reac\u021bia<\/strong> noastr\u0103 cea care ne deranjeaz\u0103, ne \u00eencurc\u0103 \u0219i pe care am vrea s\u0103 o evit\u0103m.?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen situa\u021biile tensionate, a\u0219a numite &#8221;stresante&#8221;, de la care vine \u0219i termenul \u0219i \u00eentreaga filozofie creat\u0103 \u00een jurul stresului, exist\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna doi poli: <strong>stresatul<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>stresorul<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a cum spunea Socrate, dac\u0103 vrem s\u0103 avem o abordare \u00een\u021beleapt\u0103, este necesar sa definim termenii, situa\u021bia, s\u0103 ne clarific\u0103m perspectiva:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cine este <strong>stresat<\/strong> aici? De obicei, raspunsul este <strong>EU<\/strong>. Dar nu EU pur \u0219i simplu, ca fiin\u021b\u0103, ci <strong>EU cu toate a\u0219tept\u0103rile mele, p\u0103rerile mele, dorin\u021bele si fricile mele.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cine este <strong>stresorul<\/strong> meu? Primele r\u0103spunsuri vin in avalan\u0219\u0103, aproape de neoprit, precum relele din cutia Pandorei: <strong>El, Ea, Al\u021bii, Situa\u021bia<\/strong> &#8211; uite ce a f\u0103cut, cum a putut, uite ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat, a\u0219a ceva nu suport, nu e normal, nu e acceptabil, nu trebuia s\u0103 se \u00eent\u00e2mple&#8230; \u0219i altele pe aceea\u0219i <strong>Tem\u0103<\/strong>. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Care este <strong>Tema<\/strong> care creeaz\u0103 tensiunea dramatic\u0103? <strong>Via\u021ba sau Realitatea<\/strong> tocmai ne-a f\u0103cut o surpriz\u0103 care nu ne place. Sau pentru care nu eram suficient de&#8230; preg\u0103ti\u021bi? Sau acum, c\u0103 e mai mult\u0103 democra\u021bie (demos-kratos=puterea poporului) \u00eei spunem Noi&#8230; ce vrem de la Ea! <strong>Enter&#8230;<\/strong> Nu ne ascult\u0103? <strong>Stres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pare ca solu\u021bia prin care noi comand\u0103m Vie\u021bii ce s\u0103 ne aduc\u0103 nu e viabil\u0103, nu merge ca pe Internet&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai concret \u0219i la obiect, pentru a avea <strong>un r\u0103spuns c\u00e2t mai bun la stres<\/strong>, este necesar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>s\u0103 fim c\u00e2t mai preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u00eenainte de orice situa\u021bie<\/strong> (dar mai ales c\u00e2nd \u0219tim c\u0103 vine&#8230; poate chiar zilnic). S\u0103 avem grij\u0103 de corpul nostru, de energia noastr\u0103, de inten\u021biile noastre, de mintea \u0219i de con\u0219tiin\u021ba noastr\u0103. S\u0103 nu venim la \u0219coala vie\u021bii, \u00een fiecare diminea\u021b\u0103, deja obosi\u021bi, nervo\u0219i, frustra\u021bi, anxio\u0219i sau chiar depresivi. \u0218ti\u021bi vreun profesor care d\u0103 teste u\u0219oare doar pentru c\u0103 elevii au tras o be\u021bie azi-noapte? <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u0103 fim aten\u021bi c\u00e2nd vine testul, s\u0103 avem metodele \u0219i instrumentele de lucru preg\u0103tite, s\u0103 ne concentr\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne propunem s\u0103 d\u0103m ce avem mai bun<\/strong>. Aici este important s\u0103 fim con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u00e2nd apar <strong>tendin\u021bele ira\u021bionale de gen lupt\u0103 sau fugi,<\/strong> deoarece acestea sunt primele care ne fur\u0103 aten\u021bia \u0219i ne afecteaz\u0103 capacit\u0103\u021bile umane (inclusiv cele ra\u021bionale!). Vom vorbi mai pe larg despre aceste momente critice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dup\u0103 test este absolut necesar\u0103 o pauz\u0103<\/strong> \u00een care s\u0103 ne odihnim \u0219i s\u0103 ne regener\u0103m c\u00e2t mai eficient, eventual s\u0103 tragem concluziile \u0219i s\u0103 ne propunem ce vom face mai bine data viitoare. Pauz\u0103 nu \u00eenseamn\u0103 neap\u0103rat \u201epauza mare, plec acas\u0103 sau chiar am nevoie de o vacan\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 uit tot\u201d&#8230; unii chiar \u00ee\u0219i dau demisia la prima nepl\u0103cere. Exist\u0103 moduri \u00een care ne putem regenera rapid si eficient &#8211; nu avem \u00eentotdeauna nevoie de &#8221;minim 8-9 ore de somn&#8221; \u0219i nici de o cafea, o tigar\u0103 sau o pr\u0103jitur\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>\u201eSingurul e\u0219ec adev\u0103rat este c\u00e2nd abandon\u0103m. Succesul (\u0219i \u00een cazul reducerii stresului&#8230;) vine doar c\u00e2nd facem CE trebuie, C\u00c2T trebuie \u0219i mai ales, CUM trebuie&#8221;.<\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Care este problema?
