De\u0219i la \u00eenceput am fost \u0219i noi di-stresa\u021bi, apoi eu-stresa\u021bi, apoi traficul \u0219i rutina \u0219i-au spus cuv\u00e2ntul&#8230; Doar o ma\u0219in\u0103 nou\u0103 ne mai provoac\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video aligncenter\"><video height=\"480\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 852 \/ 480;\" width=\"852\" autoplay controls loop src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Balanta.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen primul r\u00e2nd se poate observa c\u0103 balan\u021ba se poate \u00eenclina \u0219i \u00een favoarea noastr\u0103. Doar c\u0103 <strong>dac\u0103 suntem prea capabili \u0219i nesolicita\u021bi prea mult timp apare plictiseala<\/strong>, care este tot un stres mascat: nu ne sim\u021bim utili, pierdem timpul, via\u021ba pare c\u0103 nu are sens. Reac\u021biile corpului sunt tot de alarm\u0103, dar fa\u021b\u0103 de un inamic nev\u0103zut &#8211; \u201dceva\u201d nu e \u00een regul\u0103&#8230; cam tot timpul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A doua observa\u021bie este c\u0103 de\u021binem un &#8221;amplificator&#8221; intern pentru tot ce ne semnaleaz\u0103 senzorii \u0219i zonele din creier responsabile de primul semnal de alarm\u0103 (hipotalamusul si amigdala). <strong>Emo\u021biile dau valoare, importan\u021b\u0103, intensitate situa\u021biilor exterioare, tocmai ca s\u0103 ne atrag\u0103 aten\u021bia<\/strong>. Uneori aten\u021bia ram\u00e2ne atras\u0103 ca \u00eentr-o bucl\u0103 infinit\u0103, doar pentru c\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 nu a ap\u0103rut ceva mai important&#8230; \u0218i tot a\u0219a, c\u00e2t timp nu suntem st\u0103p\u00e2ni pe aten\u021bia noastr\u0103, s\u0103 o putem adapta, orienta \u0219i men\u021bine la voin\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Maturitatea sau inteligen\u021ba emo\u021bional\u0103 apare c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi dai seama c\u0103 butonul de volum se poate roti \u00een ambele sensuri<\/strong> \u0219i c\u0103 TU e\u0219ti &#8221;la butoane&#8221;&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Emo\u021biile, aceste semnale f\u0103r\u0103 de care via\u021ba ar fi pustie, au la origine interpret\u0103ri mai corecte sau mai distorsionate ale situa\u021biilor reale sau imaginare. Pe ce se bazeaz\u0103 aceste interpret\u0103ri? Pe <strong>experien\u021be, scenarii, amintiri sau chiar programe incon\u0219tiente<\/strong>, de care nu ne mai amintim, dar care au fost formate \u00een copil\u0103rie, prin repetare, \u00een momente de stres intens pe care nu le-am con\u0219tientizat suficient. \u00cen lipsa con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii, <strong>toate acestea sunt depozitate in a\u0219a numitul subcon\u0219tient,<\/strong> de unde ne pot influen\u021ba chiar foarte mult, devenind chiar o parte din propria noastr\u0103 personalitate. Ironia este c\u0103, din dorin\u021ba natural\u0103 de control, <strong>\u00een loc s\u0103 ne analiz\u0103m semnalul pe care emo\u021biile noastre ni-l transmit, noi \u00eel justific\u0103m<\/strong>, \u00een a\u0219a fel ca s\u0103 apar\u0103 c\u0103t mai &#8221;normal&#8221; sau chiar \u201dvaloros\u201d. \u00cen acest fel ajungem s\u0103 ne obi\u0219nuim \u0219i chiar s\u0103 ne laud\u0103m cu abilitatea noastr\u0103 de a ne stresa pentru orice \u0219i oric\u0103nd. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De ce este at\u00e2t de important s\u0103 ne analiz\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne \u00een\u021belegem emo\u021biile? Pentru c\u0103 sunt intense, greu de controlat \u0219i cel mai important &#8211; <strong>sunt despre noi \u00een\u0219ine!<\/strong> Nu, nu sunt despre situa\u021bie, nu sunt despre ceilal\u021bi, nu este adev\u0103rat c\u0103 &#8221;a\u0219a ar reac\u021biona oricine \u00een locul meu&#8221;. <strong>Sunt despre ce \u0219i de ce este important pentru noi \u00een\u0219ine.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 v\u0103 imagina\u021bi c\u0103 sus\u021bin vizitele la psiholog, ave\u021bi dreptate &#8211; cu condi\u021bia s\u0103 ave\u021bi noroc de un psiholog bun. Psihologia are unele metode simple \u0219i eficiente care sunt necesare oricui, deci ar trebui sa fie materie de examen (pe bune&#8230;) pentru mult mai multe calific\u0103ri, inclusiv cea de p\u0103rinte, so\u021b sau so\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i mai mult dec\u00e2t psihologia, \u00een\u021belepciunea autentic\u0103, care a dat roade \u00een toate timpurile ne poate \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba tot ce avem nevoie s\u0103 \u0219tim ca s\u0103 avem o via\u021b\u0103 \u00eemplinit\u0103 si fructuoas\u0103. Dar dac\u0103 am \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cu adev\u0103rat, doar rezultatele ne-ar da de gol. Aici putem aplica metodele instant, evident, doar dac\u0103 ne-am antrenat suficient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>stresul incon\u0219tient<\/strong> &#8211; care ne \u00eenso\u021be\u0219te pe ascuns, t\u0103cut, vizibil doar prin reac\u021biile exagerate, tensiunile \u0219i contrac\u021biile evidente doar pentru alte persoane, dar care pentru noi au devenit deja propria personalitate, deci &#8221;normalitate&#8221;.
