Acesta este <strong>stresul con\u0219tient<\/strong> \u0219i aici este relativ u\u0219or de lucrat pentru c\u0103 avem un sistem de referin\u021b\u0103 &#8211; <strong>\u0219tim unde suntem \u0219i unde vrem s\u0103 ajungem<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uneori sau chiar prea frecvent, stresul ne-a devenit o a doua natur\u0103, un alter-ego sau chiar ego-ul principal &#8211; \u201da\u0219a sunt Eu!\u201d. Sau pur \u0219i simplu, ace\u0219tia folosesc stresul \u00een folosul propriu (ca \u201dmotiva\u021bie\u201d), devenind u\u0219or factori de stres sau stresori pentru ceilal\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pentru to\u021bi \u00eens\u0103, <strong>stresul prelungit, exagerat sau chiar cronicizat vine inevitabil la pachet cu consecin\u021be:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5 Simptome fizice imediate<\/strong> dup\u0103 care oricine \u00ee\u0219i poate recunoa\u0219te nivelul crescut de stres, sunt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respira\u021bia superficial\u0103, clavicular\u0103 \u0219i mai ales <strong>lipsa impulsului natural de a expira profund<\/strong>. Dar cine are c\u00e2teva clipe&#8230;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 simptomele fizice sunt relativ u\u0219or de recunoscut, ce ne facem c\u00e2nd apar \u0219i se agraveaz\u0103 <strong>simptomele psihice<\/strong>?
