Adic\u0103 chiar s\u0103 nu mai facem nimic ca s\u0103 le bloc\u0103m&#8230; Eventual alegem s\u0103 le facem loc, s\u0103 ne d\u0103m la o parte, ba chiar s\u0103 ne \u201da\u0219ez\u0103m\u201d sau s\u0103 caut\u0103m locurile \u0219i metodele cele mai bune prin care energiile Vie\u021bii si Naturii pot s\u0103 curg\u0103 libere, \u00een cascad\u0103 prin venele, arterele, sinapsele, \u0219i toate organele noastre. A\u0219a cum <strong>\u00een st\u0103rile de stres toate organele, tot corpul este \u00een stare de alert\u0103, tot a\u0219a, avem nevoie dup\u0103 stres s\u0103 ne recuper\u0103m rapid energia \u00een tot corpul. \u0218i chiar mai mult, s\u0103 ne recuper\u0103m accelerat energia mental\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 ne regl\u0103m st\u0103rile emo\u021bionale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 cum vedem, metodele instinctive de genul \u201dacum m\u0103n\u00e2nci, acum te culci\u201d care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 foarte bine \u0219i \u00een mod spontan la copii, \u00eencep s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i piard\u0103 din eficien\u021b\u0103 cu trecerea anilor, ba chiar \u00eencep s\u0103 ne creeze probleme c\u00e2nd ni se pare c\u0103 ne trebuie din ce \u00een ce mai mult somn (greu, agitat, \u00een loc de odihn\u0103 de calitate) sau din ce \u00een ce mai mult\u0103 m\u00e2ncare (complicat\u0103, supraprocesat\u0103, prea dulce, prea condimentat\u0103 \u0219i prea mult\u0103 &#8211; \u00een loc de hran\u0103 natural\u0103 care s\u0103 ne ajute s\u0103 ne regener\u0103m).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 mai multe moduri de abordare a regener\u0103rii la toate nivelurile fiin\u021bei, din care aleg sa \u00eel prezint pe cel care porne\u0219te chiar de la <strong>principiul nervului Vag &#8211; acela de a avea 2 sensuri.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Primele metode de regenerare dup\u0103 stres (\u0219i cele mai accesibile) pornesc de la corp c\u0103tre creier:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>hidratare corect\u0103 <\/strong>&#8211; \u00eentotdeauna dupa stres \u0219i \u00eenaintea meselor principale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>suplimente naturale<\/strong>, &#8211; \u00een principal produse apicole \u0219i plante medicinale, utilizate regulat, \u00een cantit\u0103\u021bi semnificative \u0219i pe termen lung. Pu\u021bin praf \u00eentr-o capsul\u0103 (chiar dac\u0103 e scump\u0103), care s\u0103 ne rezolve problemele, este \u00eenc\u0103 mai mult o promisiune dec\u00e2t o posibilitate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>dieta u\u0219oar\u0103, antistres<\/strong> &#8211; adaptat\u0103 constitu\u021biei \u0219i st\u0103rii de s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>metodele sau curele de detoxifiere<\/strong> elimin\u0103 eficient toxinele \u0219i efectele reziduale \u00een organism ale stresului &#8211; fie psihic, fizic sau chiar somatizat (care a dus la \u00eemboln\u0103viri), permi\u021b\u00e2nd astfel regenerarea rapid\u0103 a energiei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>postul de diferite tipuri<\/strong> &#8211; adaptat fiec\u0103ruia \u0219i respect\u00e2nd regulile precise absolut necesare &#8211; este deja validat \u0219i de cercet\u0103rile medicale ca fiind <strong>cel mai puternic \u0219i rapid mod de autoreglare \u0219i regenerare, nu doar a corpului, dar \u0219i a st\u0103rilor psihice \u0219i emo\u021bionale.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>du\u0219urile alternative, sauna urmat\u0103 de du\u0219 rece (f\u0103r\u0103 exager\u0103ri), <strong>b\u0103ile calde (nu fierbin\u021bi!) cu sare amar\u0103 (sulfat de magneziu)<\/strong> <strong>\u0219i bicarbonat de sodiu<\/strong> fac adev\u0103rate minuni \u00eenainte de somn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mi\u0219care<\/strong> &#8211; \u00een special mersul alert \u00een aer liber \u0219i sincronizat cu respira\u021bia, joggingul, exerci\u021biile de stretching, \u00eenotul, dansul. Cu mare aten\u021bie \u0219i m\u0103sur\u0103, pot fi practicate exerci\u021biile de tip High Intensity Training, adic\u0103 eforturi scurte \u0219i intense, urmate de pauze lungi si relaxare din ce \u00een ce profund\u0103. Aten\u021bie \u00eens\u0103 c\u0103 acestea <strong>trebuiesc calibrate cu mare aten\u021bie &#8211; scopul fiind NU pentru performan\u021b\u0103, ci pentru eliberarea tensiunilor, utilizarea glicemiei deja in exces, oxigenare \u0219i apoi relaxare prelungit\u0103.<\/strong>  F\u0103r\u0103 antrenament constant, chiar \u0219i urcatul sc\u0103rilor sau alergatul timp de 2-3 minute pot ridica pulsul c\u0103tre maxim (se estimeaz\u0103 aproximativ 220-v\u00e2rsta), deci va fi imediat nevoie de o recuperare eficient\u0103, ca a unui sportiv de mare performan\u021b\u0103. <strong>Orgoliul (c\u0103  \u201dar trebui\u201d s\u0103 putem mai mult) \u0219i exager\u0103rile incon\u0219tiente sunt printre cei mai mari inamici ai regener\u0103rii.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o metod\u0103 demult recunoscut\u0103 \u0219i \u00eentotdeauna eficient\u0103 este combinarea celor dou\u0103 de mai sus, in sensul de<strong> a face cur\u0103\u021benie, ordine, \u00een cas\u0103, pe birou, \u00een orice spa\u021biu \u00een care tr\u0103im<\/strong>. Un fel de \u201ddetoxifiere\u201d a ambian\u021bei, care nu se poate realiza dec\u00e2t cu mult\u0103 mi\u0219care! Nimeni nu a reu\u0219it s\u0103 demonstreze c\u0103 sunt perimate principiile Feng Shui care pornesc de la ordinea exterioar\u0103 pentru a aduce ordinea interioar\u0103. Rezultatele sunt \u00eentotdeauna garantate, chiar dac\u0103 tocmai c\u00e2nd avem mai mult\u0103 nevoie, ne vine mai greu s\u0103 \u00eencepem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tot din Extremul Orient, care s-a preocupat, cu mult \u00eenaintea \u201dciviliza\u021biei\u201d occidentale, de armonizarea fizicului cu psihicul si spiritualul, vin disciplinele mult mai eficiente care sunt toate formele tradi\u021bionale de <strong>Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong.<\/strong> Acestea lucreaz\u0103 simultan pe multiplele planuri ale fiin\u021bei, permi\u021b\u00e2nd o o acumulare din ce \u00een ce mai mare de energie \u0219i o armonizare profund\u0103 a con\u0219tiin\u021bei, propor\u021bionale cu timpul, aten\u021bia \u0219i m\u0103iestria cu care sunt practicate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>respira\u021bia profund\u0103, ritmat\u0103, chiar diferitele tehnici special recomandate pentru calmare \u0219i destresare, sunt extrem de eficiente<\/strong> (cu condi\u021bia s\u0103 fie practicate cu m\u0103sur\u0103 \u0219i consecven\u021b\u0103)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>masajul, automasajul sau reflexoterapia<\/strong>. Terapia cranio-sacral\u0103 este o metod\u0103 dedicat\u0103 precis activ\u0103rii sistemului parasimpatic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bine\u00een\u021beles c\u0103 <strong>somnul este o condi\u021bie esen\u021bial\u0103 pentru regenerarea organismului<\/strong>, dar este la fel de important s\u0103 ne preg\u0103tim toate condi\u021biile pentru a avea un somn de calitate. O simpl\u0103 c\u0103utare pe Google v\u0103 poate edifica&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Urm\u00e2nd al doilea sens de comunicare al nervului Vag &#8211; de la creier (sau mai exact psihic) c\u0103tre organe &#8211; reg\u0103sim metodele mai dificile, care de\u0219i celebre, sunt rar utilizate \u0219i chiar mult mai rar, sunt corect \u0219i consecvent aplicate:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>ie\u0219irile \u00een natur\u0103, conectarea sufleteasc\u0103,<\/strong> profund\u0103, cu prieteni care ne genereaz\u0103 st\u0103ri benefice, relaxante<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>psihoterapia<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>tehnicile moderne<\/strong> gen EFT, antrenamentul autogen Schultz, metoda Silva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>toate formele de art\u0103 autentic\u0103<\/strong>, armonioas\u0103: muzic\u0103, filme, pictur\u0103, poezie care s\u0103 ne trezeasc\u0103 emo\u021bii estetice c\u00e2t mai \u00eenalte, s\u0103 ne inspire \u0219i s\u0103 compenseze astfel st\u0103rile de gol l\u0103untric care r\u0103m\u00e2n dup\u0103 stresurile puternice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>reducerea oric\u0103ror stimul\u0103ri ale sim\u021burilor,<\/strong> interiorizarea, rug\u0103ciunea<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>acceptarea, deta\u0219area, iertarea \u0219i recuno\u0219tin\u021ba<\/strong> pentru orice aspect al vie\u021bii &#8211; sunt at\u00e2t \u021beluri, c\u00e2t \u0219i metode practice de antrenament zilnic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>medita\u021bia<\/strong> &#8211; sub toate formele, tradi\u021bionale sau tehnicile moderne &#8211; este unanim recunoscut\u0103 ca <strong>\u201dregina\u201d metodelor de eliberare de stres. <\/strong>Ceea ce o face \u00eens\u0103 oarecum dificil\u0103, dar \u0219i extrem de eficient\u0103, este preg\u0103tirea absolut  necesar\u0103 care, doar prin ea \u00eens\u0103\u0219i presupune \u00eent\u00e2i reducerea oric\u0103ror forme de stres, de agita\u021bie, de prea-ocup\u0103ri exterioare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"436\" height=\"534\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-05_002912785.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-657\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-05_002912785.png 436w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-05_002912785-245x300.png 245w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 436px) 100vw, 436px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paradoxul regener\u0103rii<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Av\u00e2nd at\u00e2t de multe metode \u0219i posibilit\u00e2\u021bi de regenerare, nu ne mir\u0103m c\u0103 totu\u0219i aplic\u0103m at\u0103t de pu\u021bine \u0219i \u00eenc\u0103 suntem at\u00e2t de stresa\u021bi? Acesta este cunoscut ca <strong>Paradoxul Regener\u0103rii: cu c\u00e2t corpul \u0219i mintea noastr\u0103 au mai mult\u0103 nevoie s\u0103 se odihneasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 se regenereze, cu c\u00e2t suntem mai extenua\u021bi, cu at\u00e2t suntem mai pu\u021bin dispu\u0219i s\u0103 ne oprim, s\u0103 lu\u0103m o pauz\u0103 sau chiar s\u0103 ne odihnim.<\/strong> Este un cerc vicios al for\u021b\u0103rii \u0219i al epuiz\u0103rii, care ne reduce inclusiv voin\u021ba \u0219i discern\u0103m\u00e2ntul, limit\u00e2ndu-ne astfel puterea de a lua decizii corecte, s\u0103n\u0103toase. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru a dep\u0103\u0219i acest paradox, trebuie \u00eent\u00e2i s\u0103 \u00eel con\u0219tientiz\u0103m a\u0219a cum se manifest\u0103 la noi \u00een\u0219ine, \u0219i apoi s\u0103 ne propunem s\u0103 ac\u021bion\u0103m \u00eenainte s\u0103 fim prin\u0219i \u00een cercul vicios al stresului:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>s\u0103 acord\u0103m prioritate regener\u0103rii<\/strong> &#8211; fiind con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u0103 dac\u0103 suntem stresa\u021bi nu avem nici rezultate \u0219i nici disponibilitatea de a-i ajuta pe cei din jur sa se simt\u0103 bine. La \u00eenceput, ne va fi at\u0103t de greu s\u0103 ne dep\u0103\u0219im obi\u0219nuin\u021bele \u0219i ideile preconcepute, \u00eenc\u00e2t va fi necesar s\u0103 devenim \u201dobseda\u021bi\u201d de regenerare, s\u0103 folosim orice ocazie, a\u0219a cum un \u00eensetat caut\u0103 apa. Abia dup\u0103 o perioad\u0103 de experien\u021b\u0103 ne vom convinge c\u00e2t de benefic\u0103 \u0219i esen\u021bial\u0103 este regenerarea (odihna, relaxarea) \u0219i \u00eei vom da locul natural \u00een Via\u021ba noastr\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u0103 ne impunem pauze la fiecare or\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een care s\u0103 aplic\u0103m oricare din strategiile de mai sus care ni se potrive\u0219te<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u0103 ne creem sau s\u0103 ne g\u0103sim perioade, zone dedicate pentru regenerare intensiv\u0103,<\/strong> <strong>accelerat\u0103<\/strong> &#8211; \u00een cas\u0103 sau \u00een \u00eemprejurimi, \u00een zone verzi,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u0103 ne compunem propriile programe de regenerare accelerat\u0103<\/strong>, validate de propriile rezultate, nu preluate de la exper\u021bi, autorit\u0103\u021bi cu care nici nu am stat de vorb\u0103&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>s\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m sus\u021binerea celor dragi, <\/strong>cel pu\u021bin p\u00e2n\u0103 \u201dprindem gustul\u201d \u0219i apar rezultatele stabile. Dac\u0103 avem posibilitatea, un coach, un antrenor bun anti-stres si pro-regenerare ne poate ajuta sa devenim chiar campioni!
