Sau foarte simplu spus &#8211; <strong>Antrenamentul pentru stres.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu putem doar s\u0103 evit\u0103m orice stres, oric\u00e2t de mic, oric\u00e2nd \u0219i oriunde ar ap\u0103rea. Dac\u0103 o s\u0103 st\u0103m s\u0103 \u201dpice para m\u0103l\u0103ia\u021b\u0103\u201d, s\u0103 sper\u0103m c\u0103 \u201do s\u0103 treac\u0103\u201d, s\u0103 vin\u0103 cineva s\u0103 ne \u201d\u00eenmoaie posmagii\u201d&#8230; \u0219tim unde ajungem. Singura lec\u021bie a stresurilor de tot felul este s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m, s\u0103 devenim mai buni \u0219i mai capabili, mai preg\u0103ti\u021bi \u0219i mai \u00een\u021belep\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dup\u0103 cum vedem, \u00een lumea \u0219i societatea actual\u0103, se cultiv\u0103 intens confortul, del\u0103sarea (\u00een grija altora), hiper-sensibilizarea \u0219i reac\u021biile exagerate la orice ne deranjeaz\u0103, f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 mai pomenim m\u0103car de sacrificiul propriilor dorin\u021be. Totul se justific\u0103 \u00een numele dreptului la \u201dbine\u201d, care este \u00eens\u0103 un \u201dbine\u201d propriu, imediat, egoist \u0219i infatuat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acest \u201dbine\u201d fals este necesar s\u0103 fie \u00eenlocuit de o perspectiv\u0103 mai ampl\u0103, mai \u00eenalt\u0103, care va face ca toate \u00eencerc\u0103rile \u0219i eforturile s\u0103 devin\u0103 doar trepte c\u0103tre succes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 dou\u0103 metode de abordare a antrenamentului pentru stres: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>metoda progresiv\u0103,<\/strong> a stresului hormetic, asumat \u0219i direc\u021bionat con\u0219tient si consecvent, pe lungi perioade de timp &#8211; de exemplu: regimurile, exerci\u021biile fizice u\u0219oare, postul periodic repetat &#8211; intermitent sau maxim de 1-3 zile, studiile, cursurile s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2nale sau coaching-ul.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>metoda supra-efortului benefic, adecva<\/strong>t, dar care nu poate fi utilizat\u0103 oricum \u0219i oric\u00e2nd, necesit\u00e2nd foarte mult\u0103 preg\u0103tire anterioar\u0103, organizare \u0219i ghidare din partea cuiva cu experien\u021b\u0103. Aici pot intra taberele\/cantonamentele, posturile lungi, cursurile intensive, retragerile cu o anumit\u0103 tem\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hormesis<\/strong> (din limba greac\u0103) \u00eenseamn\u0103 <em>grab\u0103, ner\u0103bdare sau mai adaptat, \u00eendemn la ac\u021biune<\/em>. Acest termen a fost preluat de medicina zilelor noastre (1943 &#8211; Southam si Ehrlich) pentru a defini un<strong> r\u0103spuns diferit al unui organism la un agent \u201dtoxic\u201d <\/strong>(solicitant, agresiv, potential periculos)<strong>, \u00een func\u021bie de doz\u0103<\/strong>: respectiv, <strong>efecte benefice \u00een doze mici<\/strong> \u0219i <strong>efecte toxice la dozele prea mari<\/strong>. Ideea poate fi c\u0103utat\u0103 \u00een istorie, unde mae\u0219tri ai medicinei, ca Hipocrate, Galen sau Paracelsus au studiat \u0219i descoperit<strong> efectele dozei <\/strong>care poate face diferen\u021ba \u00eentre <strong>stimularea capacit\u0103\u021bii de adaptare la o substan\u021b\u0103 toxic\u0103 (doze mici) sau inhibare p\u00e2n\u0103 la distrugere sub efectul toxicit\u0103\u021bii (doze prea mari).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mai este deseori amintit Mitridate, care \u0219i-a administrat doze progresive de otr\u0103vuri, devenind astfel imun la \u00eencercarea de a fi otr\u0103vit de du\u0219manii s\u0103i. Ce nu se spune de obicei, este ca Mitridate nu utiliza doar otr\u0103vuri, ci amestecuri atent concepute de medicii s\u0103i, inclusiv cu remedii naturale puternice care s\u0103 \u00eei ajute organismul s\u0103 reziste la otr\u0103vuri \u0219i chiar s\u0103 \u00eel \u00eent\u0103reasc\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru c\u0103 <strong>inten\u021bia e cea care conteaz\u0103<\/strong>, \u00een societatea actual\u0103, de multe ori exemplul este scos din context \u0219i utilizat ca s\u0103 justifice consumul ocazional de substante toxice moderne sau chiar excesele de tot felul. Totu\u0219i, la o examinare sincer\u0103, acestea nu pot reprezenta o doz\u0103 util\u0103 nici pentru \u00eent\u0103rirea organismului, nici pentru \u00eent\u0103rirea autocontrolului, ci doar o sl\u0103biciune a caracterului \u0219i a voin\u021bei, o \u201dsc\u0103pare\u201d justificat\u0103 inteligent, care \u00een situa\u021biile de stres puternic \u00ee\u0219i arat\u0103 adev\u0103rata \u201dvaloare\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00cen plus, \u00een lucr\u0103rile sale, tot Hippocrate descrie individualitatea bolii ca fiind specific\u0103 fiec\u0103rui individ \u0219i \u00een consecin\u021b\u0103, necesitatea prescrierii remediilor \u0219i dozelor diferite de la om la om, de la situa\u021bie la situa\u021bie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"810\" height=\"361\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2023-01-24_001215230.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-541\" style=\"width:325px;height:145px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2023-01-24_001215230.png 810w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2023-01-24_001215230-300x134.png 300w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2023-01-24_001215230-768x342.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 810px) 100vw, 810px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen prezent, accept\u00e2nd c\u0103 fiecare fiin\u021b\u0103 uman\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un sistem complex fizic, energetic \u0219i cel pu\u021bin psihic (dac\u0103 nu accept\u0103m partea spiritual\u0103 pe care tradi\u021biile autentice au descoperit-o de mii de ani, iar \u0219tiin\u021bele de frontier\u0103 o redescoper\u0103 \u0219i chiar o m\u0103soar\u0103 din ce \u00een ce mai precis \u00een ultima perioad\u0103), cu caracteristici unice \u0219i moduri de interac\u021biune unice cu mediul exterior, este cu at\u00e2t mai evident c\u0103 <strong>nu exist\u0103 nici re\u021bete fixe valabile pentru toat\u0103 lumea, cu at\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin \u00een domeniul extrem de subiectiv al gestion\u0103rii stresului.<\/strong> Dar principiile r\u0103m\u00e2n valabile&#8230; mai ales dac\u0103 le aplic\u0103m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Antrenamentul pentru stres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u0103m\u00e2n\u00e2nd la <strong>principiul hormetic,<\/strong> de\u0219i cele mai frecvente studii actuale se refer\u0103 tot la efectele factorilor fizici asupra corpului \u0219i proceselor fiziologice, putem observa c\u0103 <strong>fenomenul dozei \u201dnepl\u0103cute\u201d, dar repetate &#8211; care stimuleaz\u0103 cre\u0219terea, dezvoltarea \u0219i apoi rezilien\u021ba, este perfect valabil \u00een sport, s\u0103n\u0103tate, psihologie, educa\u021bie, arte, spiritualitate sau orice alte activit\u0103\u021bi umane:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00een sport<\/strong> &#8211; performan\u021bele \u0219i nivelele grele de antrenament devin accesibile doar dup\u0103 ca trecem (cu preseveren\u021b\u0103&#8230;) prin perioade de adaptare, \u00een care chiar \u0219i cele mai mici greut\u0103\u021bi sau mi\u0219c\u0103ri par imposibile, iar recuperarea complet\u0103 este o performan\u021b\u0103 in sine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00een s\u0103n\u0103tate<\/strong> &#8211; dietele (corect alese) sau chiar posturile sunt solicitante temporar, dar ajut\u0103 foarte mult corpul s\u0103 se detoxifice \u0219i s\u0103 se regenereze. Aici merit\u0103 atras\u0103 aten\u021bia asupra alegerii intensit\u0103\u021bii efortului fizic: eforturile mari sunt acceptabile doar \u00een cazul <strong>supra-eforturilor<\/strong>, care genereaz\u0103 un stres intens (pe perioade scurte si relativ ocazional, urmate de perioade lungi de distres de tip sub-solicitare). \u00cen cazul <strong>stresului cronic<\/strong> (suprasolicit\u0103ri zilnice \u0219i de durat\u0103), exerci\u021biile trebuie s\u0103 se orienteze mai mult c\u0103tre relaxare, jogging usor, stretching, posturi yoga, respira\u021bie profund\u0103 controlat\u0103, acestea fiind \u0219i metode de deblocare \u0219i recuperare energetic\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00een educa\u021bie <\/strong>&#8211; orice materie nou\u0103 sau aptitudine nou\u0103 trece prin ariditatea \u0219i duritatea eforturilor \u0219i dezam\u0103girilor de la \u00eenceputul preg\u0103tirii. Noroc c\u0103 la v\u00e2rsta copil\u0103riei exist\u0103 resurse de energie, curiozitate \u0219i adaptare uria\u0219e, dar chiar \u0219i atunci, unii copii c\u0103rora li se cere prea mult sau prea brusc, se inhib\u0103, refuz\u0103 provoc\u0103rile \u0219i se blocheaz\u0103 pe anumite direc\u021bii, de multe ori chiar pentru toat\u0103 via\u021ba.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218tim cu to\u021bii c\u0103 <em>\u201ddac\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m, putem apoi avea succes\u201d<\/em>. Deci e chiar &#8222;normal&#8221; c\u0103 dup\u0103 fiecare examen trecut cu brio, suntem mai pu\u021bin stresa\u021bi \u0219i avem mai mult\u0103 \u00eencredere c\u0103 vom reu\u0219i. Cel pu\u021bin nu a\u0219a ar trebui&#8230;? Dac\u0103 nu ne mai prea aducem aminte cum am reu\u0219it, am avut succes \u0219i ne-a crescut \u00eencrederea dup\u0103 fiecare examen\/ test (al Vie\u021bii), \u00eenseamn\u0103 cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 lucruri:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ori nu ne-am asumat suficiente micro sau mini \u201dexamene\u201d pe care s\u0103 le trecem cu brio (teste, ie\u0219it la tabl\u0103, feedback de la profesori, discu\u021bii provocatoare cu colegii, re-capitul\u0103ri&#8230;).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ori nu am primit sau nu ne-am oferit feedback pozitiv la aceste eforturi\/ stresuri intermediare (efectul Pygmalion) \u0219i am trecut \u00een grab\u0103, prea-ocupa\u021bi de alte griji sau chiar distrac\u021bii. Aceasta \u00eenseamn\u0103&#8230; re-cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 \u0219i Via\u021ba ne ofer\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna timpul necesar s\u0103 ne regener\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 reflect\u0103m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 am trecut prin Via\u021b\u0103 \u201dca g\u00e2sca prin ap\u0103\u201d, nu ne-am antrenat capacitatea de a folosi, de a ne dezvolta prin stresul hormetic adecvat, vom mai putea doar s\u0103 ne sup\u0103r\u0103m \u0219i mai tare c\u00e2nd \u00eencerc\u0103rile inevitabile ni se vor p\u0103rea din ce \u00een ce mai grele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Cheia acestei utiliz\u0103ri a oric\u0103rei situa\u021bii de stres, dorit\u0103 sau nedorit\u0103, anticipat\u0103 sau nea\u0219teptat\u0103, este Feedback-ul, ceea ce se nume\u0219te in cibernetic\u0103 \u201dbucla corectoare\u201d, altfel spus, capacitatea de a primi si de a asimila con\u0219tient Lec\u021bia, pentru a o folosi pentru viitor.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dac\u0103 nu am integrat corect feedback-ul, s\u0103 nu ne mir\u0103m c\u0103 acum nu mai vrem examene, nu mai vrem efort sau vrem doar&#8230; ce, cum, c\u00e2t \u0219i c\u00e2nd vrem noi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"518\" height=\"428\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2025-04-18_124200910.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1472\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2025-04-18_124200910.png 518w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/image_2025-04-18_124200910-300x248.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 518px) 100vw, 518px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sigur c\u0103 nu este vorba doar de examenele din sistemul social, educa\u021bional, profesional, formatoare de \u201dmuncitori de clas\u0103 pentru binele societ\u0103\u021bii\u201d, <strong>cele mai importante examene au fost \u0219i vor continua s\u0103 fie cele ale caracterului, ale calit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i capacit\u0103\u021bilor umane,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este necesar\u0103 o<strong> MARE ATEN\u021aIE la standardele superficiale, preluate sau \u00eemprumutate f\u0103r\u0103 discern\u0103m\u00e2nt, pe baz\u0103 de compara\u021bii cu al\u021bii sau cu \u201dmodele\u201d sociale unanim acceptate \u0219i promovate in media! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebuie s\u0103 fim foarte sinceri \u0219i con\u0219tien\u021bi c\u0103 fiecare avem balan\u021ba proprie, strict individual\u0103, \u00eentre <strong>stresul con\u0219tient<\/strong> \u0219i cel <strong>incon\u0219tient<\/strong>, care ne poate afecta grav \u00een situa\u021bii cu solicit\u0103ri aparent nesemnificative. Imagina\u021bi-v\u0103 un om care a supravie\u021buit de mic copil \u0219i apoi a preluat din familie \u0219i din societate, idei de genul: \u201dtrebuie s\u0103 te por\u021bi \u00eentotdeauna corect, trebuie s\u0103 fii cel mai bun \u00eentotdeauna, via\u021ba este o lupt\u0103, s\u0103 nu ai \u00eencredere \u00een nimeni\u201d sau \u201doricum nimic din ce fac eu nu conteaz\u0103, nimeni nu m\u0103 \u00een\u021belege, nu pot, nu \u0219tiu, nu sunt capabil\u201d, etc.. Asemenea oameni, se trezesc \u0219i <strong>intr\u0103 automat \u00een st\u0103ri de stres, \u00een fiecare diminea\u021b\u0103!<\/strong> Nici nu au timp s\u0103 i\u0219i bea cafeaua (gaz peste foc) sau s\u0103 vad\u0103 \u0219tirile lini\u0219titoare de la TV&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dac\u0103 totu\u0219i Via\u021ba ne arat\u0103 c\u0103 mai avem \u00eenc\u0103 de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat, tot ce putem face este s\u0103 redevenim copiii curio\u0219i, ascult\u0103tori \u0219i silitori<\/strong> &#8211; \u00een munc\u0103, \u00een rela\u021bii, \u00een toate provoc\u0103rile Vie\u021bii pentru care ar fi bine s\u0103 fim c\u00e2t mai preg\u0103ti\u021bi. \u0218i chiar s\u0103 \u00eei ajut\u0103m \u0219i pe ceilal\u021bi, deoarece Via\u021ba nu este un concurs&#8230; dec\u00e2t cu noi \u00een\u0219ine, iar ajutorul (dezinteresat) este una din probele zilnice prin care ne demonstr\u0103m umanitatea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ar fi de dorit s\u0103 avem permanent \u00een minte c\u0103 <strong>lupta f\u0103r\u0103 sf\u00e2r\u0219it pentru mai multe teritorii, posesiuni, titluri sau orice valori exterioare, ca \u0219i fuga de orice \u201dpericole\u201d supradimensionate de Hollywood-ul imagina\u021biei (\u00een ultima vreme mai mult pentru starea noastr\u0103 de confort), sunt totu\u0219i instincte ale creierului animal (mamifer), mecanisme de supravie\u021buire<\/strong> \u0219i arat\u0103 o anumit\u0103 predominan\u021b\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba unui om.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cortexul cerebral, care este<\/strong> <strong>semnul umanit\u0103\u021bii noastre, diferen\u021ba fa\u021b\u0103 de regnul animal, ne ajut\u0103 nu doar s\u0103  ne descurc\u0103m, s\u0103 rezolv\u0103m problemele Vie\u021bii, ci \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m \u0219i s\u0103 ne dezvolt\u0103m alte capacit\u0103\u021bi superioare: ra\u021biunea, etica, orientarea spre binele comun, colaborarea, curajul, imagina\u021bia, creativitatea, introspec\u021bia sau percep\u021bia estetic\u0103, \u0219.a.m.d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am putea s\u0103 ne \u00eentreb\u0103m: <strong>cum ar ar\u0103ta lumea dac\u0103 oamenii ar dep\u0103\u0219i st\u0103rile de stres care \u00eei \u021bintuiesc constant la nivelul creierului instinctual, animal \u0219i \u0219i-ar putea accesa predominant resursele cortexului cerebral?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cum identific\u0103m optimul?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Cum identific\u0103m ceea ce tot anticii numeau <strong>\u201dmetron ariston\u201d, adic\u0103 \u201doptimul este m\u0103sura perfect\u0103\u201d<\/strong>?
