Este clar c\u0103 ceva esen\u021bial ne lipse\u0219te, dar ce&#8230;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i deloc \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103tor, pe fondul acestei senza\u021bii de lips\u0103 cronic\u0103, suntem \u201dalimenta\u021bi\u201d, chiar \u00eendopa\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 voia noastr\u0103, cu idei, sugestii, cu \u201deduca\u021bie\u201d \u0219i mai ales cu \u0219tiri \u0219i reclame care toate ne transmit c\u0103 nu avem destule calorii, nu avem destule proteine, nu avem vitamine, nu avem destui bani, nu avem destule lucruri \u0219i \u00een general, ideea subliminal\u0103 general\u0103 este c\u0103 \u201dnu avem destul\u0103 fericire\u201d. Astfel, chiar f\u0103r\u0103 s\u0103 ne d\u0103m seama, ne \u00eentreb\u0103m continuu: \u201dCe ne mai lipse\u0219te ca s\u0103 fim mai ferici\u021bi, relaxa\u021bi, mai pu\u021bin stresa\u021bi?\u201d. Doar c\u0103 nu c\u0103ut\u0103m unde trebuie&#8230; \u0219i oric\u00e2t acumul\u0103m, tot fl\u0103m\u00e2nzi ne trezim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nici nu ne mai intereseaz\u0103 ce avem deja, pentru ce putem fi re-cunosc\u0103tori, ci permanentul \u201dce ne lipse\u0219te?\u201d care \u201dalimenteaz\u0103\u201d continuu chiar st\u0103rile de \u201dlupt\u0103 sau fugi\u201d, adic\u0103 stresul.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De ce ne este cu adev\u0103rat foame?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Deci ce constat\u0103m c\u0103 avem nevoie de fapt? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To\u021bi oamenii caut\u0103 \u0219i \u00ee\u0219i doresc acela\u0219i lucru: Energie ca s\u0103 poat\u0103 tr\u0103i c\u00e2t mai intens \u0219i frecvent St\u0103ri c\u00e2t mai elevate de Con\u0219tiin\u021b\u0103, emo\u021bii pozitive, benefice&#8230; adic\u0103 Fericire.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Energia mult\u0103 nu este garan\u021bia Fericirii, dac\u0103 nu exist\u0103 Con\u0219tiin\u021ba capabil\u0103 s\u0103 o orienteze spre Fericire! \u0218i nici invers nu se poate &#8211; nu putem fi aten\u021bi \u0219i con\u0219tien\u021bi dac\u0103 abia ne mai \u021binem pe picioare sau cu ochii deschi\u0219i.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijloacele prin care fiecare c\u0103ut\u0103m s\u0103 ne aliment\u0103m cu Energie \u0219i Fericire, \u00eenc\u0103 de la prima secund\u0103 a dimine\u021bii, sunt diferite&#8230;  Exist\u0103 \u00eens\u0103 elemente care nu pot lipsi pentru o Energie \u0219i o Fericire c\u00e2t mai mare \u0219i&#8230; care s\u0103 depind\u0103 c\u00e2t mai pu\u021bin de \u201dconjuncturile exterioare\u201d, de a\u0219a-numitele \u201d\u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103ri\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00een primul r\u00e2nd \u0219i oric\u00e2t ar p\u0103rea de banal &#8211; <strong>avem nevoie de oxigen.<\/strong> Poate cineva sa contrazic\u0103 acest fapt? Expresii de genul \u201do gur\u0103 de oxigen\u201d sau \u201ds\u0103 ne oxigen\u0103m creierul\u201d sugereaz\u0103 importan\u021ba oxigenului pentru supravie\u021buire. F\u0103r\u0103 m\u00e2ncare supravie\u021buim multe, chiar zeci de zile, f\u0103r\u0103 ap\u0103 maxim 7-10, dar f\u0103r\u0103 oxigen, doar c\u00e2teva minute. Atmosfera terestr\u0103 este un miracol cel pu\u021bin la fel de mare ca prezen\u021ba Vie\u021bii pe Terra. Imagina\u021bi-v\u0103 stratul de doar 16 km care ne separ\u0103 de vidul cosmic, din care via\u021ba este posibil\u0103 doar \u00een prima treime fa\u021b\u0103 de suprafa\u021ba planetei. 16 kilometri sunt dintr-o parte in alta a Bucure\u0219tiului, \u00eei putem face in 2-3 ore de mers. Cine elimin\u0103 toxinele si resturile metabolice \u00een sistemul de canalizare al organsimului (care este sistemul limfatic \u0219i care trebuie s\u0103 \u201dcurg\u0103\u201d f\u0103r\u0103 a avea o pomp\u0103, &#8211; cum are sistemul ciculator &#8211; inima)? <strong>APA.<\/strong> <br>\u0218tim ca <strong>APA<\/strong> sus\u021bine \u00een mod fundamental Via\u021ba \u0219i totu\u0219i o privim ca pe ceva banal, s\u0103rac, f\u0103r\u0103 importan\u021b\u0103. Din creier, din activarea sinapselor \u0219i a neuronilor? Unele cercet\u0103ri recente, dar \u0219i tradi\u021biile din cele mai vechi timpuri arat\u0103 c\u0103 creierul este doar un fel de receptor, care doar traduce aceste fluxuri de informa\u021bie. Problema este c\u0103 sunt acoperite de avalan\u0219a de \u201djunk-food\u201d informa\u021bional promovat intens prin canalele media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ca \u0219i \u00een cazul alimentelor, putem s\u0103 ne punem \u00eentrebarea \u201dQui Prodest\u201d? Cui folose\u0219te cu adev\u0103rat &#8211; nou\u0103 sau v\u00e2nz\u0103torului de iluzii?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong> Depinde doar de noi ce alegem s\u0103 citim, s\u0103 ascult\u0103m, s\u0103 vizion\u0103m, apoi ce memor\u0103m \u0219i \u00een final ce punem \u00een aplicare \u00een propria via\u021b\u0103. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.
