Unii cercet\u0103tori sus\u021bin cu mult\u0103 \u00eendr\u0103zneal\u0103 c\u0103 Nervul Vag, numit \u0219i Nervul Pneumogastric sau \u201enervul auto-\u00eentre\u021binerii\u201d organismului, reprezint\u0103 chiar \u201eviitorul medicinei\u201d. Iar din perspectiva gestion\u0103rii stresului este, \u00een mod sigur, \u0219i o parte din viitorul psihologiei. Poate undeva, c\u00e2ndva&#8230; medicina \u0219i psihologia \u00ee\u0219i vor da \u00een sf\u00e2r\u0219it m\u0103na \u0219i ne vor trata ca fiin\u021be \u00eentregi, complete, unice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nervul Vag <\/strong>(vagus \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201dr\u0103t\u0103citor\u201d \u00een limba latin\u0103)<strong> realizeaz\u0103 leg\u0103tura direct\u0103 dintre organele interne (inim\u0103, pl\u0103m\u00e2ni, sistemul digestiv) \u0219i creier, func\u021bion\u00e2nd ca un sistem de comunica\u021bii bidirec\u021bional:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>90% dintre fibrele nervoase intestinale, denumite \u0219i Sistemul Nervos Enteric sau \u201ecreierul abdominal\u201d, se conecteaz\u0103 la creier prin intermediul nervului Vag. <\/strong>Acesta permite activarea \u0219i men\u021binerea st\u0103rii parasimpatice pentru a ajuta organismul s\u0103 moduleze, s\u0103 regleze \u0219i s\u0103 integreze func\u021biile intestinale normale precum motilitatea, secre\u021bia enzimatic\u0103, absorb\u021bia nutrien\u021bilor \u0219i eliminarea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>80% din informa\u021bia transmis\u0103 prin nervul Vag este de la organe c\u0103tre creier<\/strong> (!) \u0219i <strong>doar 20% este de la creier c\u0103tre organe<\/strong>. Dup\u0103 ce \u0219i-a \u00eendeplinit scopul, r\u0103spunsul inflamator al corpului ar trebui s\u0103 se opreasc\u0103. Dac\u0103 nu se opre\u0219te, devine cronic \u0219i \u00een timp va duce la multiple deterior\u0103ri ale diferitelor organe sau p\u0103r\u021bi anatomice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Medicina actual\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 nu \u0219i-a stabilit clar pozi\u021bia fa\u021b\u0103 de rela\u021bia \u00eentre st\u0103rile psihice \u0219i bolile autoimune (\u00eenso\u021bite de inflama\u021bii cronice, grave \u0219i uneori generalizate), dar dac\u0103 corel\u0103m aceste informa\u021bii care reies chiar din studii  \u0219i proceduri medicale clasice, nu mai putem evita s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem ceea ce \u00een\u021belepciunea afirm\u0103 din totdeauna: <strong>\u201dMens sana in corpore sano\u201d nu este un ideal, ci o realitate care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 la fel de evident \u0219i eficient ca Nervul Vag &#8211; \u00een ambele sensuri<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stimularea nervului V<\/strong>ag<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stimularea nervului Vag activeaz\u0103 sistemul nervos parasimpatic, cu efecte benefice asupra organismului: <\/strong>regleaz\u0103 sistemul imunitar; cre\u0219te produc\u021bia de acid gastric \u0219i de enzime digestive, asigur\u00e2nd digestia \u0219i absor\u021bia adecvat\u0103 a nutrien\u021bilor; scade glicemia \u0219i presiunea sanguin\u0103; stimuleaz\u0103 hormonii st\u0103rilor de bine, ca, de exemplu, oxitocina \u0219i acetilcolina, care vor ameliora radical starea general\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate \u0219i dispozi\u021bia psihologic\u0103 \u2013 de unde rezult\u0103 <strong>marele potential de reglare a dispozi\u021biei psihice pe care \u00eel are stimularea armonioas\u0103 a nervului Vag.<\/strong> \u00cen medicin\u0103 exist\u0103 chiar protocoale de stimulare electric\u0103 a nervului Vag pentru tratarea epilepsiei sau a depresiilor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stimularea nervului Vag este o alternativ\u0103 eficient\u0103 (\u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 efecte adverse) de tratare a durerii \u0219i a inflama\u021biilor, care \u00een unele cazuri este chiar mai eficient\u0103 dec\u00e2t medicamentele analgezice \u0219i anti-inflamatorii clasice, mai ales pe termen lung. Unii au dus aceast\u0103 teorie \u00eenc\u0103 mai departe, suger\u00e2nd c\u0103 nervul Vag se poate \u201econecta\u201d la celulele stem latente ale corpului, ceea ce implic\u0103 nu numai faptul c\u0103 se poate \u00eencetini degradarea celular\u0103, ci chiar se poate stimula \u00eentr-un anume grad regenerarea acesteia. O bun\u0103 func\u021bionare a nervului Vag \u00eencetine\u0219te alterarea celular\u0103, reduc\u00e2nd efectele \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirii. Aceasta presupune s\u0103 ne acord\u0103m, de fiecare dat\u0103, timpul necesar de relaxare \u00eentre dou\u0103 eforturi&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>toate formele de art\u0103 autentic\u0103<\/strong> care ne \u00eencarc\u0103, ne hr\u0103nesc sau ne trezesc emo\u021bii benefice puternice (chiar cu \u201driscul\u201d unei lacrimi ce tr\u0103deaz\u0103 o r\u0103m\u0103\u0219i\u021b\u0103 a sensibilit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i romantismului sub armura zilnic\u0103): compasiunea, iubirea, uimirea, recuno\u0219tin\u021ba. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00cen general, <strong>orice ne impresioneaz\u0103, ne inspir\u0103 \u0219i ne aduce aminte de naturalul, umanul<strong> din noi<\/strong> \u0219i mai ales de sufletul nostru<\/strong> &#8211; care nu este niciodat\u0103 caracterizat de prea-ocuparea constant\u0103, obsesiv-egotic\u0103 de a ne proteja de orice nepl\u0103cere sau a \u00eenvinge \u00een tot si \u00een toate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cum se poate verifica tonusul vagal?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tonusul vagal<\/strong> poate fi m\u0103surat u\u0219or prin urm\u0103rirea anumitor procese biologice, cum ar fi: ritmul respira\u021biei \u0219i ritmul cardiac, unde cerebrale sau analize specifice de s\u00e2nge. Unul din cei mai u\u0219or \u0219i cel mai frecvent utiliza\u021bi indicatori este <strong>variabilitatea ritmului cardiac (HRV)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sistemele de masur\u0103 \u0219i teoria HRV au fost create si dezvoltate cu peste 25 de ani \u00een urm\u0103 de cercet\u0103torii de la Institutul Heartmath \u0219i pe acest indicator se bazeaz\u0103, mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin simplificat \u0219i precis, modernele ceasuri Smart Watch care monitorizeaza stresul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00e2nd variabilitatea ritmului cardiac este mic\u0103 \u0219i arat\u0103 o oscila\u021bie dezordonat\u0103, organismul este \u00een stare de stres, deseori necon\u0219tientizat. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00e2nd graficul HRV arat\u0103 constant \u0219i cu amplitudine mare, tonusul vagal este, de asemenea, ridicat, iar un tonus vagal ridicat arat\u0103&nbsp;o capacitate mai mare a corpului de a se relaxa \u0219i de a se recupera dup\u0103 stres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\"><div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"541\" src=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-04_151748380-1024x541.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-637\" srcset=\"https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-04_151748380-1024x541.png 1024w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-04_151748380-300x159.png 300w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-04_151748380-768x406.png 768w, https:\/\/parasimpatic.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image_2023-03-04_151748380.png 1111w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tonusul vagal redus<\/strong> este constatat \u00eentotdeauna \u00een tulbur\u0103ri de s\u0103n\u0103tate ca: ADHD, oboseal\u0103 cronic\u0103, depresie, Alzheimer, obezitate, diabet, colon iritabil, ulcer, hipertensiune, astm, artrita reumatoid\u0103, psoriazis, lupus, scleroz\u0103 multipl\u0103, cancer, s.a.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Simptomele premerg\u0103toare prin care oricine poate identifica tonusul vagal redus sunt:<\/strong> circula\u021bie periferic\u0103 redus\u0103, voce strident\u0103, r\u0103gu\u0219it\u0103 sau sugrumat\u0103, dificult\u0103\u021bi de \u00eenghi\u021bire sau blocarea reflexului faringian (vomitiv), palpita\u021bii\/ aritmie, hiper sau hipo-tensiune, lipsa secre\u021biei acide \u00een stomac \u0219i a enzimelor digestive ce duce la balon\u0103ri, arsuri, diaree sau constipa\u021bie, postur\u0103 corporal\u0103 defectuoas\u0103, abdomen \u00eencordat, ticuri sau grimase involuntare, incapacitatea de relaxare profund\u0103, tulbur\u0103ri ale somnului.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Unele dintre cele mai evidente criterii de verificare a cre\u0219terii \u0219i revenirii la normal a tonusului vagal<\/strong> <strong>sunt:<\/strong> respira\u021bia abdominal\u0103 profund\u0103, relaxat\u0103 (asemeni bebelu\u0219ilor sau copiilor care dorm), oftatul, c\u0103scatul, \u00eenso\u021bite de relaxarea mu\u0219chilor fe\u021bei, \u00eenc\u0103lzirea m\u00e2inilor \u0219i picioarelor, \u00eendreptarea posturii \u0219i tendin\u021ba spontan\u0103 de a inspira profund \u0219i amplu, cu \u201dchef de via\u021b\u0103\u201d,  recolorarea buzelor, revenirea saliva\u021biei \u0219i a&#8230; capacit\u0103\u021bii de a z\u00e2mbi! Setea (de ap\u0103 simpl\u0103) \u0219i pofta de m\u00e2ncare s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 (spre deosebire de poftele de junk-food sau \u201dfoamea fals\u0103\u201d generat\u0103 de stres) sunt naturale \u0219i ar fi indicat chiar s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m doar \u00een stare predominant  parasimpatic\u0103.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Teoria polivagal\u0103<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Corpul uman \u0219i anatomia sunt sisteme at\u00e2t de complexe, \u00eenc\u00e2t chiar \u0219i cei mai buni cercet\u0103tori nu pot dec\u00e2t s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 c\u0103 nu \u00een\u021beleg dec\u00e2t prea pu\u021bin. Dar totu\u0219i acesta se spune c\u0103 este chiar \u00eenceputul \u00een\u021belepciunii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doctorul Stephen W. Porges este autorul Teoriei Polivagale, care avanseaz\u0103 la un nou nivel de studiu al Nervului Vag, subliniind diferen\u021ba dintre cele dou\u0103 c\u0103i motorii (eferente), care transmit informa\u021bia de la creier c\u0103tre organe: ramura Ventral\u0103 \u0219i ramura Dorsal\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ramura ventral\u0103 sau nervul Vag ventral:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> are fibre nervoase mieliniziate (similare axonilor din creier)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>este conectat\u0103 la<strong> organele de deasupra diafragmei: inim\u0103, pl\u0103m\u00e2ni, esofag, timus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>este asociat\u0103 Sistemului de Angajare Social\u0103 &#8211; conectarea empatic\u0103 care ne ajut\u0103 s\u0103 ne sim\u021bim bine cu cei dragi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>permite lini\u0219tirea\/ reducerea rapid\u0103 a activ\u0103rii sistemului nervos simpatic (lupt\u0103 sau fugi) c\u00e2t \u0219i deblocarea ramurii dorsale a nervului Vag \u201d\u00eenghe\u021bate\u201d, uneori chiar la nivel de le\u0219in sau paralizie. Aceasta este, mecanic vorbind, celebra \u201dfr\u00e2n\u0103\u201d pe care o avem cu to\u021bii la dispozi\u021bie ca s\u0103 ne oprim din st\u0103rile de stres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cel mai u\u0219or <strong>se poate recunoa\u0219te activarea nervului Vag ventral prin senza\u021bia de \u201dc\u0103ldur\u0103 in piept\u201d<\/strong>, uneori chiar senza\u021bie euforic\u0103, de expansiune afectiv\u0103, \u00eenso\u021bite de relaxare, z\u00e2mbet sincer sau chiar o lacrim\u0103, care ne apare spontan \u0219i uneori surprinz\u0103tor, mai ales c\u00e2nd suntem (\u0219i ne sim\u021bim) asculta\u021bi, \u00eembr\u0103\u021bi\u0219a\u021bi, m\u00e2ng\u00e2ia\u021bi, sau atin\u0219i cu tandre\u021be.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00cen\u021belegem deci valoarea terapeutic\u0103 imens\u0103 a acestor gesturi, mai ales \u00een rela\u021biile armonioase, sincere, autentice  (prin opozi\u021bie cu certurile, contrazicerile permanente, \u00eenchiderea afectiv\u0103 \u0219i izolarea, socializarea superficial\u0103 sau singur\u0103tatea&#8230;)?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ramura dorsal\u0103 sau nervul Vag dorsal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>are fibre nervoase nemielinizate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>este conectat\u0103 la<strong> organele de sub diafragm\u0103: ficat, vezica biliar\u0103, pancreas, intestine, rinichi, vezica urinar\u0103.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00een situa\u021biile de panic\u0103 poate induce senza\u021bia de paralizie sau chiar le\u0219in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sus\u021bine homeostazia (starea optim\u0103 de s\u0103n\u0103tate a organismului) &#8211; doar c\u00e2nd ne sim\u021bim \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este important de re\u021binut, ca din aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103,<strong>  ramura ventral\u0103 a nervului Vag opre\u0219te sistemul simpatic (de alert\u0103), iar ramura dorsal\u0103 regleaz\u0103 functiile biologice perturbate de starea de alarm\u0103. <\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cu alte cuvinte, p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd nu ne trat\u0103m \u0219i nu ne oprim \u201dscenarita\u201d din cap, nu putem avea lini\u0219te nic\u0103ieri \u00een interiorul nostru, nici \u00een cea mai mic\u0103 celul\u0103.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong><em>\u201dOdihne\u0219te-te.
